“I came in today with my daughter, and we both ordered meals at Hero Burger. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The service we received from Bilar was amazing — he was literally a one-man show, handling everything as the cook, the order-taker, and even the server.
One thing that really stood out was how he brought our food out to our table while we were waiting. That extra touch of kindness made the visit feel even more welcoming and personal.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Blue Moon Burger, and it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. My daughter built her own burger, and she loved it as well. Both meals were fresh, tasty, and perfectly made.
Overall, we had an amazing experience thanks to Bilar’s effort and dedication. Great food, great service, and incredible customer care — all from one person running the whole place. We’ll definitely be coming back!“
“It’s a must stop after a big hike in the area! However after many many dozens of stops to enjoy their great coffee and delicious pie (though now double the price and half the size after 6 yrs of being a loyal customer, I will still support this small local business as I recognize that since Covid and with inflation, prices have gone up a lot). However that doesn’t mean customers can now be treated rudely. I recently had my first ever very disappointing experience in this place. They offer free coffee refills but if they have to become rude about it,, then please either charge for refills or post “1 free refill only” instead of humiliating/embarrassing your loyal customers by saying in a very rude tone “that’s your third cup” when the first two were only half full to begin with, equalling one! If you need to get angry with your customers to discourage free refills because of the rising costs, then please fix your issue by either charging for or posting the number of free refills! Easy as that and then your loyal customers will keep returning happily instead of not supporting your business any longer if being treated so rudely. No one deserves that kind of treatment. Then it’s win/win for everyone involved! I left in tears.“

“Ok. Here we go. This was my first visit to this Popeyes location and I will say it wasn't the worst and it wasn't the best.
1. I saw the special they were offering on my phone and drove to this location to place my order since its not too far away. When I arrived I saw a poster of the special on the wall which was $10 more than advertised on the phone ad. I asked why it was $10 more in-store???? I was told thats only for online orders which was NOT stated in the advertisement. I was then told that in order to receive the discount I had to download the app and order it from there!!!!!! I WAS RIGHT THERE in front of them! What's up with that????? Such foolishness. I should have been able to just pay the price of the special without downloading the darn app. Since then I have deleted the app again because I always go in person. This is not fair to those of us who actually go and wait for our chicken. I love my chicken to be HOT & FRESH, not sitting in a bag on the counter until I arrive to pick it up. POPEYES, Pay attention, your in store customers should not be penalized that $10 discount because we don't order online. 🤔
Now on to the food! 😁
Unfortunately I had to take the last 9 pieces of chicken or wait another 20 minutes for fresh, which is what I should have done.
It was ok, but not as crispy and juicy as I usually get it. When it's hot and fresh it's second only to Mary Brown's when theirs are hot and fresh!
So the lady packed up the 9 pieces of chicken put them in a box, laid them on the warmer, and I asked her are the fries nice and crispy and fresh? She gave me one to try and they were!!!! However, here the kicker, she loaded up the box of fries, put them next to the chicken on the warmer, and went to the back!!!! I see my order waiting there, waiting, waiting, so long I had to ask the guy there, whats taking so long? My order is therei n front of me getting cold!!! Apparently there were no fresh biscuits ready and she had to go back to make them, lol. By the time she got back, my fries were now not hot and fresh, and I noticed instead of giving me the 5 FRESH HOT biscuits she just brought out, the guy gave me 4 stale biscuits and 1 fresh one. Easy to tell which is which when biting into them.
Slow service is not good. All of this should have been prepared and ready to go.
In closing, I will say, that Popeye's is a nice alternative to Mary Brown's which I normally buy, but with inconsistencies like this from various locations, thats a great way to turn off customers from ordering your Chicken.
A SPECIAL SHOULD BE A SPECIAL, ONLINE OR NOT.

“The food was absolutely amazing. We tried the Chicken Wrap, Poutine, and the Boss & Chief Wrap, and every single dish was delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. Everything exceeded our expectations.
The only small downside was that the temperature inside the restaurant could have been a bit more comfortable, especially on warm days. Other than that, the food more than made up for it. We’ll definitely be back to try more!“
