“There is something unique about this particular Popeyes: there are two girls that work there. They seem to be in their 20s and I think they're sisters. Are they the owners? I dunno, but when you see these two girls present, the food from this location is GREAT and by far the best Popeyes I've ever been to. When these two girls are NOT present...it's just pretty average although still better than other Popeyes. The staff are also pretty quick to give us extra discounts which is also great and highly appreciate. By far the best Popeyes, but I wish it were more consistent. I don't know what magic those two girls work on this location, but why can't they work it every time?“

“It’s a must stop after a big hike in the area! However after many many dozens of stops to enjoy their great coffee and delicious pie (though now double the price and half the size after 6 yrs of being a loyal customer, I will still support this small local business as I recognize that since Covid and with inflation, prices have gone up a lot). However that doesn’t mean customers can now be treated rudely. I recently had my first ever very disappointing experience in this place. They offer free coffee refills but if they have to become rude about it,, then please either charge for refills or post “1 free refill only” instead of humiliating/embarrassing your loyal customers by saying in a very rude tone “that’s your third cup” when the first two were only half full to begin with, equalling one! If you need to get angry with your customers to discourage free refills because of the rising costs, then please fix your issue by either charging for or posting the number of free refills! Easy as that and then your loyal customers will keep returning happily instead of not supporting your business any longer if being treated so rudely. No one deserves that kind of treatment. Then it’s win/win for everyone involved! I left in tears.“

“This place offers dining plan meals as part of wonderland dine pass. They have a couple of options like burgers and fries, chicken tenders, and hot dogs.The food is not high up but it offers the taste and freshness of a regular fast food stop. I have tried the burgers and its been good and fresh. The fires are also ok and not really salty. Staff is also usually nice and friendly.There is plenty of space to sit down as well close by.“

“The best customer service agent that you will ever meet is Sheela at the McDonalds on Major Mackenzie in Maple. Her kind, caring and professional demeanor is the reason why the customer experience in that location is great. She goes over and above to make sure customers are looked after. If you are waiting for your food she will apologize for the wait times and ensure that you have all you need. Her aura of appreciation for her job, the customers and what she does is outstanding. Sheela you are truly awesome. Thank you for all you do and thank you to the team at McDonalds in Maple you make a difference by what you do and how you treat people. “First POS machine was broken so it didn't print out the receipt from the self order. Had to let them know. They offered to bring the food to the table. They quickly went to refill the paper ASAP so that was good. Food came out at a decent speed but somehow they have to coordinate different departments. The mcflurry took a bit longer but the hot food was already ready so the hot food cooled down a bit too much before the mcflurry was added to the the tray.“

“We had the sauerkraut fish, chicken wings, fried rice, potato salad, and cucumber salad. The fish, chicken wings, and fried rice were all really good, and the service was excellent. The only downside was that both salads were a little too oily for our liking. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our meal.“
