Hard to believe in this day and age that you can go to a restaurant and get treated supremely with respect. “The service here is really good and the food is really tasty. One of those little places I like to bring people to for a quick meal or maybe before or after the gym. I find it to consistently be good and the price is very fair and reasonable. Everyone there is very accommodating and helpful and they will accommodate your preferences. If you’re passing by looking for a quick meal, I do highly recommend. I will be visiting again and bring people here, especially to grab some thing then bring home and enjoy.“

Joe and his family wont even run the restaurant if they aren't there. That's how much they care about their family business. “Stopped by Domino’s (3395 E Tropicana Ave) during peak rush hour, and I’ve got to give major credit to Kevin and his team. The parking lot was packed and the pressure was clearly on, but Kevin stayed cool and calm the entire time. Instead of rushing orders just to get them out the door, he made sure everything was done right — and you could see his team following his lead. Good customer service takes patience, and Kevin showed exactly that. I honestly wish Las Vegas had more people like him. Went back and found bew ownership and a complete revamp done throughout. No more smoky interior, dirty washroom and sink. The place looks nice and clean, and it warranted an update and more stars !“

“I would like to take this opportunity to commend the entire team, especially the manager, Paul, for the exceptional customer service and kindness they showed me during my visit.
My phone battery was at only 4%, and because I am not familiar with the area, I rely heavily on my Google Maps and transit apps to navigate during my trip. I intentionally entered the store to ask if I could charge my phone for a few minutes so I could continue my journey.

While I was at the counter, the manager approached me and asked if I was ready to order. I explained my situation and asked if I could charge my phone for a few minutes before ordering. Thankfully, they were very accommodating and allowed me to do so. One of the crew members then took my order, and I was able to enjoy the traditional chicken wings while my phone charged.

After about 20 minutes, the manager approached me again in such a warm and friendly manner and took the time to have a genuine conversation with me. We talked about my trip, my experience in Canada, the store, and many other things. His willingness to engage with me went far beyond simply providing customer service—it made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe.

I completed this survey because I truly believe the entire team deserves recognition from their employer. They were not simply doing their jobs; they showed genuine care and compassion toward someone who was a stranger to the area and in a somewhat vulnerable situation.

I would especially like to commend Paul, who I believe mentioned that he is a District Manager, for being exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. His attitude and professionalism are a wonderful example of what excellent customer service should look like, and his interaction with me made a meaningful difference in my day.

“It was my first time coming to this location and honestly, I was super tired and having a rough day. But the lady working there was so kind—she talked to me, gave me such good energy, and literally made my day. She made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted, put it in the microwave before toasting just like I asked. She listened carefully, did everything right, and kept everything clean. “This chain is based in the Vancouver area and has not too many locations in the GTA. Fresh Slice is underrated, and I love that their typical cheese slice is the creamy cheese with alfredo. It’s a nice break from having typical tomato sauce on any other pizza I have. Overall, very good experience yesterday for my lunch.“
