“Waitress was excellent and food was good but the Tuscan Rib Eye was not worth it. Meat was undercooked and tough to eat. Restaurant appears very busy nowadays resulting in food taking much longer to arrive. 2 hrs to finish when it used to take just over an hour.“

“Went there for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, it suggested a higher end pizzeria / pasta type establishment. But once inside, it serves a full menu even for lunch with Specials such as Rack of Lamb and various seafood dishes. We went with a Cesar salad as appetizer, the rack or lamb lunch special and a NY strip, with roasted potatoes, rice, and vegetables. The Cesar salad wss good, fresh and crunchy with just the right amount of dressing. The red wine/vinegarette roasted rack of lamb was flavorful, temp was perfect, good portion size and served hot. It did need a bit more searing and salt but surely something that can be managed when ordering. Overall, a well priced special at above average quality. My counterpart ordered the Angus New York strip and was also satisfied with the temp and flavors. I would personally ask for more sauce to make it even better. He had roasted peppers, rice and vegetables which looked on point as well. As for desserts, we had Tiramisu and Raspberry Tartufo, both were good and well presented. Ignore the name and it's signage, this place has allot more to offer than Pizzas, pastas and Lasagnas, will certainly return to try their other dishes.“

“The owner was so friendly when we walked in the door. He gave us lots of time to look ofer the extensive menu and gave us a great education lesson on his fancy pizza oven. The pizza was fast and delicious and the garlic dipping sauce I could eat on its own!“

“At first glance, the store looked pretty empty, but the place looks nice, we were nicely greeted by the employee pretty fast compared to the other store I've been to, which I also think is the only one in the store. My friend ordered curly fries, they came out pretty nice, they were hot and good. When we left, the server made sure that we were happy with our order, asked us and doubled checked if we wanted a bag for it and ketchup.“

However, it seems they are understaffed — with the same staff handling both the counter and kitchen prep, customers end up having to wait.

I typically get this medium one topping walk-in special. Butter chicken sauce, bacon crumble. Outstanding deal and they always make it proper. Check out the photo… that’s a nice pie.

“This chain is based in the Vancouver area and has not too many locations in the GTA. Fresh Slice is underrated, and I love that their typical cheese slice is the creamy cheese with alfredo. It’s a nice break from having typical tomato sauce on any other pizza I have. Overall, very good experience yesterday for my lunch.“

“Great pizza. They are always so consistent so I know exactly what I'm getting every time I get pizza here. For the food itself, the pepperoni pizza is delicious. The Bbq Chicken pizza is easily the best pizza to get there. I love the onions and veggies that go perfectly with the chicken. The only problem is that during the weekend, the wait is so long! I'm not talking about waiting an extra 5-10 minutes. I had to wait for almost 30 extra minutes more than usual to get my food. Overall, the food is great though.“
