“When i find a new place that i truly enjoyed i like to go back a second time to see if it maintains my first impression wow factor and if the food quality and taste is consistent. This time i was looking forward to trying a burger and tried the smokeshack burger. It's nice to find a place that is tops in both burgers and Wings and i must say this place is it.The burger was very tasty and since i knew it wouldn't fill me up i tried the Hot Honey wings and BBQ for my wife.Absolutely loved both flavours..Kudos to Raza and gang for not disappointing me and impressed me the second time there..thanks and see you soon.“

“That's the first time that I ordered a pizza from Pizza Pizza with thicker bread, and we love it. I ordered half ground beef and half butter chicken on a large pizza. It costs $20 for 2 people, which was enough. Beef was better. Butter chicken had a spice that wasn't to our taste.“

“Absolutely love ordering from this place late at night when everything else is closed! Even during those late hours, the food is still bomb and consistently hits the spot. You can never go wrong with their cheeseburger and poutine, both are so good! Definitely one of my go-to late-night spots.“

“The store is clean and tidy, with indoor seating, offering vegetarian options like burgers, pizza, and even vegan chicken nuggets. The texture is great and the sauces are flavorful.

However, it seems they are understaffed — with the same staff handling both the counter and kitchen prep, customers end up having to wait.

That said, overall, it's a place to come back to.“

“Best chicken restaurant in town. Staff provides great customer service and is very friendly. Highly recommended“

“Pizza Pizza (Richmond Hill) is aways my first stop when I need to grab a quick meal after a long day. The place is always neat and the customer service is amazing. “Stopped by Domino’s (3395 E Tropicana Ave) during peak rush hour, and I’ve got to give major credit to Kevin and his team. The parking lot was packed and the pressure was clearly on, but Kevin stayed cool and calm the entire time. Instead of rushing orders just to get them out the door, he made sure everything was done right — and you could see his team following his lead. Good customer service takes patience, and Kevin showed exactly that. I honestly wish Las Vegas had more people like him. Kudos to Kevin and the whole crew for handling a hectic rush with professionalism and care.“

“AMAZING! I had these chicken wings at New Year's Party and had to find out where they were from. SUPER happy with my own order. They're fully cooked which means they heat up super quickly (and I don't have to worry about undercooking) which is SO convenient. Sauce is great and plentiful, but the price point is even better and cannot be beat.“

“This chain is based in the Vancouver area and has not too many locations in the GTA. Fresh Slice is underrated, and I love that their typical cheese slice is the creamy cheese with alfredo. It’s a nice break from having typical tomato sauce on any other pizza I have. Overall, very good experience yesterday for my lunch.“

“Had a great experience with Domino’s! The staff were friendly and answered my call and questions right away. They even gave me a free garlic sauce when I forgot to add it to my order. “I would like to take this opportunity to commend the entire team, especially the manager, Paul, for the exceptional customer service and kindness they showed me during my visit.
My phone battery was at only 4%, and because I am not familiar with the area, I rely heavily on my Google Maps and transit apps to navigate during my trip. I intentionally entered the store to ask if I could charge my phone for a few minutes so I could continue my journey.

While I was at the counter, the manager approached me and asked if I was ready to order. I explained my situation and asked if I could charge my phone for a few minutes before ordering. Thankfully, they were very accommodating and allowed me to do so. One of the crew members then took my order, and I was able to enjoy the traditional chicken wings while my phone charged.

After about 20 minutes, the manager approached me again in such a warm and friendly manner and took the time to have a genuine conversation with me. We talked about my trip, my experience in Canada, the store, and many other things. His willingness to engage with me went far beyond simply providing customer service—it made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe.

I completed this survey because I truly believe the entire team deserves recognition from their employer. They were not simply doing their jobs; they showed genuine care and compassion toward someone who was a stranger to the area and in a somewhat vulnerable situation.

I would especially like to commend Paul, who I believe mentioned that he is a District Manager, for being exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. His attitude and professionalism are a wonderful example of what excellent customer service should look like, and his interaction with me made a meaningful difference in my day.

Thank you to the entire team for making a stranger feel welcome and at home. Experiences like this remind people that kindness and excellent service can go a long way.“

“Every time I come here they do not provide any utensils or basic things like napkins, always got to ask for it. Only good side is when I get the food it is fresh and hot still. Customer service is good, wait times varies sometimes I get it right away but a few times I’d have to wait longer. Only a few tables for dine in.“
