“Stopped by Domino’s (3395 E Tropicana Ave) during peak rush hour, and I’ve got to give major credit to Kevin and his team. The parking lot was packed and the pressure was clearly on, but Kevin stayed cool and calm the entire time. Instead of rushing orders just to get them out the door, he made sure everything was done right — and you could see his team following his lead. Good customer service takes patience, and Kevin showed exactly that. I honestly wish Las Vegas had more people like him. Kudos to Kevin and the whole crew for handling a hectic rush with professionalism and care.“

It’s a classic Ontario chain, but the quality here tastes way better than standard fast-food pizza. The crust has a great chew to it, and the sauce is actually flavorful, not just sugary. We grabbed a pie with their standard pepperoni and a side of garlic dipping sauce (which is non-negotiable up here). Service was lightning-fast, and the shop was super clean. “I would like to take this opportunity to commend the entire team, especially the manager, Paul, for the exceptional customer service and kindness they showed me during my visit.
My phone battery was at only 4%, and because I am not familiar with the area, I rely heavily on my Google Maps and transit apps to navigate during my trip. I intentionally entered the store to ask if I could charge my phone for a few minutes so I could continue my journey.

While I was at the counter, the manager approached me and asked if I was ready to order. I explained my situation and asked if I could charge my phone for a few minutes before ordering. Thankfully, they were very accommodating and allowed me to do so. One of the crew members then took my order, and I was able to enjoy the traditional chicken wings while my phone charged.

After about 20 minutes, the manager approached me again in such a warm and friendly manner and took the time to have a genuine conversation with me. We talked about my trip, my experience in Canada, the store, and many other things. His willingness to engage with me went far beyond simply providing customer service—it made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe.

I completed this survey because I truly believe the entire team deserves recognition from their employer. They were not simply doing their jobs; they showed genuine care and compassion toward someone who was a stranger to the area and in a somewhat vulnerable situation.

I would especially like to commend Paul, who I believe mentioned that he is a District Manager, for being exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. His attitude and professionalism are a wonderful example of what excellent customer service should look like, and his interaction with me made a meaningful difference in my day.

I Said who cares, I was tired, exhausted, and sunburned , I called ,,and the sales representative girl was experienced person ...she was quite nice to me during the time I was placing orders .

I took her advice .
Delivery guy was a very polite gentleman who had to call me couple of times to get me on the phone.think he was Persian ,,,, his accent.

“Went there for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, it suggested a higher end pizzeria / pasta type establishment. But once inside, it serves a full menu even for lunch with Specials such as Rack of Lamb and various seafood dishes. We went with a Cesar salad as appetizer, the rack or lamb lunch special and a NY strip, with roasted potatoes, rice, and vegetables. The Cesar salad wss good, fresh and crunchy with just the right amount of dressing. The red wine/vinegarette roasted rack of lamb was flavorful, temp was perfect, good portion size and served hot. It did need a bit more searing and salt but surely something that can be managed when ordering. Overall, a well priced special at above average quality. My counterpart ordered the Angus New York strip and was also satisfied with the temp and flavors. I would personally ask for more sauce to make it even better. He had roasted peppers, rice and vegetables which looked on point as well. As for desserts, we had Tiramisu and Raspberry Tartufo, both were good and well presented. Ignore the name and it's signage, this place has allot more to offer than Pizzas, pastas and Lasagnas, will certainly return to try their other dishes.“
