“Had breakfast with a friend here. Food was ok, nothing special, smallish portions. Tables are ridiculously small and crowded with napkin holders and a condiment tray. Service was friendly but not intrusive. If you choose to eat at mall restaurant this is kinda what you get. An ok experience but I won't be returning.“

“Waitress was excellent and food was good but the Tuscan Rib Eye was not worth it. Meat was undercooked and tough to eat. Restaurant appears very busy nowadays resulting in food taking much longer to arrive. 2 hrs to finish when it used to take just over an hour.“

“Wow, the food here is amazing! The rolls are made with such high quality and fresh ingredients, and very flavourful. Ordered the president’s choice and salmon magic rolls - a crispy savoury delight for sure.

Also ordered the takoyaki appetizer which was delicious, crispy outside and fluffy inside just like it should be. Not only are the placement of dishes impressive, the taste is indeed remarkable.

Service was also friendly and welcoming. 😊

“I had falafel, kotlet, and tongue sandwiches — and gosh, they were the yummiest sandwiches of all time. The falafel was super delicious; I didn’t want to share it with anyone, and I’m happy I didn’t! They put everything in generously.“

“Had a good soup lunch here on a cold day. The pork bone soup was good but you got to be ok to dig through the bones for the meat. The beef bulgogi soup was good too if you don’t mind some sweetness to the soup. The portion is generous.“

“I decided to try a spicy bún bò instead of pho for my first time visit here, and it was the perfect choice for a warm meal after a long day of shopping. The broth was rich and flavorful, and what I really liked was how the bowl stayed hot until I finished, it made me feel even more delicious.
My friends also enjoyed the cơm tấm. The grilled meat was flavorful and well-seasoned, and the nước mắm sauce made the dish especially delicious. The portions are quite generous, one person may not be able to finish a full plate, so taking leftovers home is definitely welcome.
One downside is that the smell from inside the restaurant tends to stick to your clothes after you leave. Also, I noticed a bit of an MSG taste, which made me slightly uncomfortable since I am sensitive to it, my friends did not have any issues thought.“

First of all, the lovely girl who greeted us when we walked in, SOPHIA (I hope that’s how you spell her name) what a ray of sunshine. She’s so cute, and honestly, talking to her made my evening, seriously.

We later met GISELE, and her social skills are exactly what I would describe as kind and welcoming. She had really good banter, and she was making me laugh. She was cracking funny jokes when I was sad about the lobster and crab dip (srsly guys, why???!?!), and overall, she just had such a good attitude. This is how I want to be treated when I go to a restaurant!!!!!! There were more employees at this restaurant who were so sweet. I didn’t get their names, but literally every person we spoke to was just so amazing.

I am so beyond pleased with how I was treated by your staff. I haven’t had service that good at a Jack Astor’s in a long time.

It’s only giving me an option for 5 stars, but if I could put 10, I would.

The music was great — all bangers. Chef’s kiss.

The food was yummy as always. We got the Karen pizza. So good. I recommend it for sure.

“My family and I had our Mother's Day dinner there tonight, and despite how incredibly busy it was for dine-in (it was the busiest I've ever seen it there), plus all the online pickup orders, the wait staff was not frazzled, stressed out, rushing, and maintained a polite, friendly, and accommodating attitude to everyone who was bursting through the doors.

I was very impressed by the customer service during a crazy busy night, though not perfect, I had to wait a couple of minutes despite having reserved a table beforehand and arriving a few minutes earlier. There were others who have booked reservations and had to wait longer for their tables. But it was Mother's Day! And the place being super packed says it all.“

“The Korean BBQ at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! If you love grilled meat, you should definitely give it a try! The restaurant has many branches, and you can get free refills of the steamed egg, corn, and side dishes in the small bowls (as long as the barbecue you ordered is still being served). The food tastes incredible, and the service is great too—though the tip is a bit on the high side, haha. It would be even better if the prices were a little more wallet-friendly!“

“I used to think fish and chips were defined by the greasiness on my tongue and the inedibility of their chips. I’ve tried the dish on many occasions, but never found one that tasted just right. I think this place comes close to very very good. It doesn’t have the greasy feel that plagued so many of my previous consumptions, the batter isn’t too thick nor too thin, and most of all, I genuinely wanted to eat the chips. Definitely coming back the next time I’m in the area.“

“This restaurant had been around for quite a while and I still visit here once in a while. Food quality is always consistent. I like the flavor for the spicier dishes but it may not be everyone since it offers authentic Chinese spiciness. Parking at Time square is plenty but will get messy starting from lunch time. Staff is friendly and I had ordered both takeout and dine in here before.“

“Overall, my experience was just okay.
The environment was pleasant and clean, and the general flavor of the dishes was acceptable. No major complaints on the ambiance or basic taste.
However, the main issue was the freshness of the food. The meat did not seem as fresh as I would have liked, and some of the cold dishes also tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. This significantly detracted from the meal's quality.
If the kitchen can address the freshness of their ingredients, particularly the meat and cold appetizers, this restaurant would definitely earn a higher rating.

“I ate aloo chaat, palak paneer, naan, chicken tikka and masala chai. All really good. Clean place. Friendly wait staff. A bit slow but highly recommended. Host and many other Indian restaurants can learn from it and improve their food.“

“This restaurant is over 20 years old and is now a self service restaurant. You place your order at the counter, get your own tea or hot water, pick up your food, and place your tray back on the rack when you are done.

Everything is now served using plastic or disposable containers and chopsticks. Food is still decent and I would recommend if you are looking for a quick meal.

However, it seems like they don't expect tips anymore.“
