“This is one of my mom’s favourite restaurants so naturally we had to bring her here for her birthday! Roman (host) and John (our server) provided fantastic service. It must be said my family isn’t a particularly easy group to deal with lol and they were so kind and helpful the entire night. On top of this, the food was AMAZING from the apps to dessert. The chef made the mussels special perfectly, the pastas were tasty, and the chocolate cake was actually amazing. I 100% recommend this gem for your next night out!“

“I haven't ordered a pizza here for some time. It was always so delicious. Tonight, I ordered a party size and the dough was horrible. It doesn't taste good, they absolutely changed the dough. It tastes stale, dry and was hard. Pizza dough should be soft and doughy consistency. What a huge disappointment!“

“First time visiting this location after being a frequent patron of their North York spot. The menu is quite expansive, but we went with the burgers, which were juicy, flavourful, and definitely hit the spot. The kitchen takes up nearly half the restaurant, which gives you a sense of how much focus goes into the food. Looking forward to coming back and trying their brunch next time.“

I had very little time and needed something quick to eat, and Noor was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient, helping me get exactly what I needed in no time. Her excellent customer service made what could have been a rushed stop a genuinely pleasant experience.

It’s people like Noor who make a business stand out. She understood that I was in a hurry and made sure I was taken care of quickly without compromising the quality of the service. Her kindness and professionalism truly deserve recognition.

“We came here for our anniversary dinner and were treated like absolute royalty! Our server, Dave, was the absolute star of the night. He was incredibly attentive and warm. We were also so impressed by the owner, Pedro, who personally came to our table to chat and was right there on the floor waiting tables and helping his team. They both made our night special. “This is one of my favourite restaurants in Richmond Hill. I’ve been here like 20 times and counting. It’s always super busy during mealtimes so I would recommend coming early or booking ahead. The side dishes are great and plentiful. Whenever I come with my family we always order the gamjatang, naengmyeon, and the corn cheese :)“

“Had an amazing experience at Kotsy’s! The chicken and waffles were absolutely delicious — crispy, juicy, well-seasoned chicken with a fluffy waffle and the perfect amount of sweetness. The portion was generous, and everything tasted fresh and made with care.

The service was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. Our food came out in a timely manner, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable.

“This was my first time trying Hank Daddy’s Barbecue, and I ordered through Uber Eats! I got the Mac Daddy, which I customized with chopped brisket, along with the Picnic Platter for Two. The platter comes with pulled pork, beef brisket, sausage, and four sides. I chose baked beans, cornbread, regular smoked sausage, fatty brisket, and pulled pork with ribs on the side.

I really enjoyed the mac and cheese with the brisket! However, I think sticking with the pulled pork would’ve been the better decision. Regardless, I loved it and can’t wait to try it with pulled pork next time!

My other favourite was the brisket, with pulled pork coming in third. The pork was extremely tender and moist, never dry. The brisket was delicious, but I’ll probably choose the leaner option next time because there was a little too much fat, even for me!

The sausage was just okay, the cornbread wasn’t anything special, and the baked beans were good enough to reorder. The ribs were my least favourite meat. They weren’t bad, just not memorable.

Overall, I’d rate my experience an 8.5/10! They forgot my rolls, which was disappointing. I’ll definitely return, hopefully in person, and recommend giving them a try!“

“I dropped by for my birthday on Sunday. I must say that I truly enjoyed my meal. The ribs were soft and full of flavor and the drinks were nice. Shout big out and Thank you to my server,Nia, his customer service was on par and excellent. Made sure that we got our meals on time and that everything was ok. I will definitely be visiting again.“

“Got the peacemaker today! It is very rare that I enjoy restaurant bbq and even rarer that it doesn’t need bbq sauce and today’s sandwich was money! It was moist and flavorful and required zero sauce!!“

“Again, excellent as always, I wish I could give a higher rating, I tried every single one of their dishes and today I came with some foreign guests and it was really wonderful. When I came to leave comment tonight, I read some of the comments. You talk about the food quality, but with the work pressure and busyness of this restaurant, it will be very good if we can understand their employees.“

“I decided to try a spicy bún bò instead of pho for my first time visit here, and it was the perfect choice for a warm meal after a long day of shopping. The broth was rich and flavorful, and what I really liked was how the bowl stayed hot until I finished, it made me feel even more delicious.
My friends also enjoyed the cơm tấm. The grilled meat was flavorful and well-seasoned, and the nước mắm sauce made the dish especially delicious. The portions are quite generous, one person may not be able to finish a full plate, so taking leftovers home is definitely welcome.
One downside is that the smell from inside the restaurant tends to stick to your clothes after you leave. Also, I noticed a bit of an MSG taste, which made me slightly uncomfortable since I am sensitive to it, my friends did not have any issues thought.“

“Surprised this is my first time here! Cute and welcoming space, warm and joyful staff, fast service and delicious food (not heavy, super fresh and flavourful). Particularly enjoyed the shrimp rolls, chicken glass noodles, and garlic beef, very tender and lots of garlic! Unfortunately they were out of the saimese beef, but look forward to trying that next time. Portions are a great size too.
