We unfortunately found hair in our food in two separate dishes. The other dish had egg shells as a side to pancakes. I understand things happen but the resolution is what sent us. First off hair in one plate not a fun experience but in two at the same time A PROBLEM. Ramona herself told her wait staff to offer us 15% off our meal.. like shameful & embarrassing on her part.
