“This is one of my mom’s favourite restaurants so naturally we had to bring her here for her birthday! Roman (host) and John (our server) provided fantastic service. It must be said my family isn’t a particularly easy group to deal with lol and they were so kind and helpful the entire night. On top of this, the food was AMAZING from the apps to dessert. The chef made the mussels special perfectly, the pastas were tasty, and the chocolate cake was actually amazing. I 100% recommend this gem for your next night out!“

“This was my first time trying Hank Daddy’s Barbecue, and I ordered through Uber Eats! I got the Mac Daddy, which I customized with chopped brisket, along with the Picnic Platter for Two. The platter comes with pulled pork, beef brisket, sausage, and four sides. I chose baked beans, cornbread, regular smoked sausage, fatty brisket, and pulled pork with ribs on the side.

I really enjoyed the mac and cheese with the brisket! However, I think sticking with the pulled pork would’ve been the better decision. Regardless, I loved it and can’t wait to try it with pulled pork next time!

My other favourite was the brisket, with pulled pork coming in third. The pork was extremely tender and moist, never dry. The brisket was delicious, but I’ll probably choose the leaner option next time because there was a little too much fat, even for me!

The sausage was just okay, the cornbread wasn’t anything special, and the baked beans were good enough to reorder. The ribs were my least favourite meat. They weren’t bad, just not memorable.

Overall, I’d rate my experience an 8.5/10! They forgot my rolls, which was disappointing. I’ll definitely return, hopefully in person, and recommend giving them a try!“

“First time visiting this location after being a frequent patron of their North York spot. The menu is quite expansive, but we went with the burgers, which were juicy, flavourful, and definitely hit the spot. The kitchen takes up nearly half the restaurant, which gives you a sense of how much focus goes into the food. Looking forward to coming back and trying their brunch next time.“

I haven't even tried everything in the bakery yet. It is a wonderful for breakfast, midday treat and dessert after dinner. I stock up on Sunday to have enough to last me until Thursday morning when the bakery reopens for the week. I am having a very hard time sticking to just one item a day. It is great for school lunch treats because it is a nut free bakery. This is important for school staff and students.“

It was my first time trying this place, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that were fresh and full of flavor. The sushi was beautifully presented, the Thai curries were perfectly spiced, and the appetizers were a great start to the meal. “We had such an incredible experience at Zafferano in Woodbridge! From the food to the service, everything was easily 5 stars.

The Fettuccine Tartufo was absolutely insane — rich, creamy, packed with truffle flavour, and easily one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in a long time. My wife had the Stuffed Gnocchi, which was just as impressive. The gnocchi were perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and such a unique dish. We also tried the pizza and it was incredible — fresh, perfectly baked, and delicious from the first bite to the last.

A huge shoutout to Michael for his incredible service throughout the evening. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we were taken care of without ever making us feel rushed. Great service can completely elevate a dining experience, and Michael definitely did that for us.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food came out beautifully, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into both the food and the overall experience.

We’ll definitely be coming back to Zafferano. Highly recommend the Fettuccine Tartufo, Stuffed Gnocchi, and pizza. An amazing Italian spot in Woodbridge!“

I met your employee, Sepideh, at the mall shop. She is an attractive lady, and I found her to be very pleasant as well. I do have a “sweet tooth” and a particular fondness for vanilla ice cream. As I recall, there is an ice cream shop adjacent to or near the entrance where there is a Starbucks; however, I would go to the little booth where Sepideh worked instead because it felt more personal, and she would always give healthy tips while serving.

Although I like ice cream, I don’t want to feel like I’m just another number in the queue. Sepideh makes her customers feel appreciated, and that’s what I liked about her service.

I have been a businessman for most of my life and have employed hundreds of people, so I may be a bit biased in recognizing the value of her service from an employer’s perspective.
