“We were visiting Toronto for a friend’s birthday this week and ate here. The food was AMAZING. I’d never had Armenian food before, but the spice mixture is incredible, and everything we tried was delicious. This will now be my top choice for eating in Toronto!“
“Da Venezia, a quaint pizzeria nestled along Avenue Road, is a delightful discovery. Their pizza dough and crust are a cut above the rest, boasting a heavenly crispness that is a rarity among city pizzerias. The sopressata was a standout, and when combined with their exquisite sauce, it created a flavor profile that was nothing short of impressive. Despite my oversight in not requesting a well-done cook on my first visit, I still rate Da Venezia a perfect score. I eagerly anticipate my next visit, where I will remember to order my pie well done, and I am certain that this will only deepen my appreciation for their exceptional pizza.“
“last night was our first time we visited this fine restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had great time with the attentive service, with the superb meal and booze and with the honest pay. We will absolutely go back there in a short time.“
“prices are better than other generic pizza joints like little caesar’s or pizza nova. also this might be a weird thing to focus on but the greek salad was $5 and really good. salads have gotten so expensive, i saw one recently pre-made in a cafeteria for $10 for the same size. this was way fresher and with better ingredients, crispy and delicious chunks of cucumber and onion, plenty of feta and dressing, whole kalamata olives and mini tomatoes. again, kind of weird when the focus should be the pizza, but it honestly really made my night. it’s hard to afford healthy fresh food these days so my health has been suffering. i’m returning here whenever i’m in need of some cheap tasty greens.“
“First time here, loved it and did not even miss the meat.Great atmosphere, friendly staff and great tasting food.Vegan food done right! Loved the bang bang broccoli, Vodka pizza! Also if you like cocktails their Herb your enthusiasm is phenomenal.Their sushi is also a must try! So tasty!“
“It’s all about their delicately designed menu, presentation and priceless taste , flavours and texture. The unique menu leaves you flabbergasted, wondering if these delectable dishes can be so immaculately curated created to bring out the right flavour. They are all vegan and gluten-free to escalate your experience. Their guacamole and chocolate cake are once in a lifetime experience, and I highly recommend it if you are one for a scrumptiously tasting, not too decadently sweet chocolate cake. It’s worth a try, absolutely!!! A place to go to for a special occasion and to celebrate something special. It’s terrific:) leaves you craving for more and longing to visit again soon.“
“Planta, the vegan restaurant, exceeded all expectations during my recent dining experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability and plant-based cuisine. The menu at Planta is a true masterpiece, offering a wide array of innovative and flavorful dishes that cater to both vegans and non-vegans alike. The creativity and attention to detail in each dish are truly commendable. I started with their zesty avocado tartare, which was a burst of fresh flavors that left my taste buds. What truly sets Planta apart, though, is their commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing. Knowing that every ingredient on my plate was not only delicious but also environmentally conscious added an extra layer of satisfaction to my meal. The service at Planta was exceptional, with knowledgeable staff who were happy to answer any questions about the menu and offer recommendations. The wine list and cocktail menu were equally impressive, providing the perfect accompaniments to our meals.“
“Stunned. We came here for the first time for an anniversary dinner and we left speechless. The food is divine. Highly recommend the eggplant parmesan sliders, pistachio ravioli and the apple fritters. The owners are both so kind and our server, Scott, was very attentive and friendly.“
“Usually there is a huge line but you can get in much faster if you come early. The food was delicious and the service was welcoming. The drink menu was comprehensive and varied in taste to accommodate everyone's taste. Falafels were our favorite item on the menu as the spices and sauces were on point. Overall a very Authentic Egyptian good experience.“
“The food is great and perfect for us Vegans. I am also impressed with the service. I have been eating there for eight years and this one lady, Camela treats her customers with grace and class. She makes patrons feel at home and look for to going back.“
