“Dropped by tonight and ordered the happy hour appetizer- squash tacos, humus and pita platter. Both were fresh, and so tasty. Portion size was perfect to share between two people. Our food came out pretty fast. Jacob was our server, he was knowledgeable and was a joy to talk. Loved his personality.

We had an engaging conversation around culinary school and their experiences. The only challenge I had was about 30 minute grace period we had to get to the restaurant wasn't honored without making us feel rushed in getting there. We felt like we were in trouble. But otherwise, it got better as the dinner went on.“

Went for a highly anticipated grey Monday tasting menu and was wow wow wowed by pretty much every bite (particularly the shrimp ravioli, and yes, I’m GLAD it came with bread). Do the freaking wine pairing if you ever go, it’s well worth it to have to think just a lillll bit less and have a sexy little sip to hold hands with each course (thank you Jake!) Service was wonderful, every member on staff that interacted with us was very kind and attentive at every step of the meal. Just a lovely experience overall (portion size was good, we left full! 🫄)“

I asked about the soup of the day and was promptly offered a taste by the friendly chef. Had the medium soup as well--a delicious rich soup with yams and coconut milk. Now I have a new favorite lunch spot.“

Ordered the Injera Thali Plate and it was packed with so much flavour :) each dish had its own unique taste and they complimented each other well. I really liked the potato dish (super savory) and lentil dish (perfect amount of heat)

Their Samosas are Top Shelf, and The lady who served me was very pleasant and happy! Can’t wait to come back to try more of their offerings.“
