I had the pleasure to experience a michelin starred restaurant in Toronto for the first time for my wife and I's anniversary. And we only did the barroom experience. Fine dining is just another level of intricacy that is so hard to be specific. I think every dish we had was tasty, flavourful, artistic, and just a good balance in every bite.
