Ital Vital is an absolute must! I had them cater for an event and am beyond happy with how it went! The food was so amazing! We had so many delicious options and everyone loved it. The plant-based bbq spare rib was a crowd favourite! The chef and owner, Arnold, is so kind and generous. The customer service experience was incredible. It was such a pleasure having Ital Vital cater to us and I can’t wait to call them back soon!

Hands down THE BEST place for food… plant based vegetarian. This is real comfort food. I truly wish they had more locations. I’d drive back down there 3 hours just to get another plate.
