An amazingly tasty experiemce. This is THE SPOT for vegan fare in Scarborough/East York. The food is amazing. The service is friendly. Oh did I mentiom the food? PEPPER POT= my go to. But EVERYTHING on the menu screams home cooking. Just reach this place and try for yourself. You wont be dissapointed.

Guys if you haven’t heard of them yet, start the car and head over to Ital Vital Ital Vital Rastarant!! 45min approx from Oshawa, it’s a family owned and run business serving up the most delicious food!! Completely plant based, (not that you have to be to enjoy what they are cooking up!) the food is cooked fresh and absolutely cravable!!They have a tiny store front so here is a pic to save so you don’t miss them! They only have dining outside but trust this is a place you want a few containers for your lunch dinner and snack ?This is the large, for $17.99, and it’s easily two meals!!Highly highly recommend!!

I ordered a small box with roti as a base and the tvp protein on top with side of plantain and they charged me almost $30! The menu board showed that it should've been $15 and I kept asking why they're charging me so much and the man and girl kept saying that's how much it is. When I opened the box they gave me mainly peppers instead of the soy. Sooo disappointed, don't waste your money here.

We have been going to Ital Vital for years. This place has changed. We would rave about this place to our meat eating friends, and they would LOVE it.Yesterday, we ordered the meals with chickpeas, callaloo, kidney beans and veggies.First, the portions were half of what we usually get. Secondly, the flavour was not there. Everything was bland and Ital Vital has never served us bland food. The callaloo tasted like they dumped it from a can into our container. No scotch bonnet, no flavour at all!!! I don't know if Ital Vital is shying away from the Caribbean flavours, but this was not what we were used to.We look forward to our meals from Ital Vital but this was a massive disappointment.

Less less less ratings . Hair in my food Indian style flavours not Caribbean , they won’t send you Callalloo like you know it back home nah your getting purple cabbage . Out of food they’re sending you what they think you should be eating .

What else can I say? This is the best Carribean restaurant I ever eat at. When I walked in, the nice lady at the front was very friendly and to the point, and the service was great. The food was delicious and nutritious with many spices and herbs. Overall a 5 star restaurant because it's quick and convenient.

We have been wanting to try this restaurant out for years. We first tried Ital Vitals food at Veg Fest and the Yoga show many years ago....everything we tried at both shows were amazing.We finally went last weekend and were not disappointed. Everything was fresh and delicious. We got 2 small combos and got to try the chick peas, cauliflower, cabbage, pumpkin, bbq ribs and roti. Everything was so good, I especially loved the pumpkin. I can't wait to try some of the other food they serve.We didn't realize it was take out only so by the time we got the food home it was kinda cold. Even with it kinda cold everything still tasted amazing.If you go when the weather is good, they have a cute little spot to eat outside in the front of the restaurant with a couple of tables.The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant had great vibes and was very clean. If we lived closer, we would be regular customers going there all the time. Can't wait for our next visit.
THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUSSSS! From when I entered the rastarant I could smell all the different yummy flavours and variety of ital foods. 10/10 definitely coming again.Blessed love, give thanks!
