31 Best Dog Friendly Restaurants North York

“I've been to Yu Seafood Yorkdale several times. An upscaled restaurant near all the high-end retailers. I bought my nephew here during his business trip and everything is good, and the bill was paid without going through the details. Not until I got home and found out one of the dishes was missed out from the dinner set for six. I called the restaurant the next day and the general manager Neilson responded promptly. It could be a human error and promised to compensate on my next visit. Having said that Yu is a great place to enjoy dinner or lunch despite of the mistake they have made on my last visit.“

“Best meal I had for a long time in the portions are beautifully and big, waitress could use a little bit of etiquette.. kind of leaned over our plates and our coffees , but otherwise fantastic service fantastic meal“

“Great place and staff at Barrie. Food excellent crown burger and grilled salmon with vegetables“

“We came here and had a pleasant experience. Our group ordered the strawberry matcha and black sesame bingsu. The black sesame bingsu was delicious, rich, and came with toppings that complemented the dessert. The strawberry matcha bingsu was also delicious! The service was quick, but I felt the large black sesame bingsu could have used more ice cream, as we only received one scoop. I also think adding more strawberries would make the strawberry matcha bingsu even better. Overall, it was a good experience with delicious bingsu!“

“I had ordered online but I selected this location when I was across the city at another. Called into the store to cancel my order because online firehouse support could not help. This is my goto firehouse subs location with excellent service every time I’m in. I couldn’t get a refund online so the manager Vraj was great and told me the next time I was in the area he would make my subs since I had already paid. I came into the store and he made them up for me even though it was four days later. Highly recommend this location and if there is ever an issue They will make it right. Vraj provided excellent service and resolved my issue that firehouse corporate ignored. Subs excellent as always, really fresh ingredients . Puts the competition to shame.“

“A hidden gem in North York! Halal, fresh toppings, great pizza sauce and cheese, thin crust and excellent service. We usually get the meat lovers and garlic bread with cheese. This is our go-to pizza spot in the neighborhood. Highly recommended!“

“I've been a customer of this restaurant since they started their branch on Bathurst St. Over the years, I've watched the business grow, and I'm always impressed by their service, food, and ambiance. The friendly staff always put a smile on my face, from ordering to finishing my meal. The restaurant continues to evolve, introducing new menu ideas and popular Filipino desserts-to-go like Taho, Buko Pandan, and Fruit Salad. Kabalen is a true gem in North York, perfect for bringing visitors to satisfy their cravings - a home away from home. One drawback though, is the accessibility. The dining area is located upstairs and the washroom is downstairs in the basement. As a result, it is not advisable for wheelchair users to dine in. Nonetheless, the establishment maintains a clean environment and is conducive for group gatherings, or for individuals like myself, who just wants to unwind after a days work.“

“Really tender corned beef, on a fresh onion bun. Better then Katz's ever was.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything was delicious And the best service“

“Ordered two drinks and always the best drink !
Tea flavour is so strong and honestly the best drink ever
My go to bubble tea ! Price is on a lower point which is better quality than most of the bbt chain
Definitely recommend it“

“This was our first time order from bhuribhoj for a small gathering at our home. Food and the service were excellent. The Kolkata style mutton biriyani was having the perfect aroma and the mutton was very well cooked. All my guests were extremely happy with the quality of the food and i will surely order again if i organize any party or gathering at my place. Thank you @Bhuri bhoj- Happy Tummy!“

“While visiting Toronto this weekend I had the pleasure to dine at Cafe Landwer twice for dinner. I was greeted and seated by Kimia, . The recommendations of choice of meals made by Kimia were details and were bursting with flavor and tasted incredibly fresh. The atmosphere was inviting and the attentive staff went above what was expected. I have shared my experience with Novotel Hotel staff to recommend to guests. Thank you Kimia and Team.“

“Love their tea biscuits!“

“Fast pizza with delicious crust. And a really nice staff member named Kashmir. I have lunch for 3 days this week - the pizza I chose is the Danforth (Greek). You gotta eat here!“

“We went this evening with 2 little kids. Things started fine but kids are kids and couldn't sit still for long. The staff were really good at getting their food out quickly and getting us whatever we needed.

The food was very delicious (nduja Romana pizza, spaghetti Pomodoro and 2 orders of kids shell pasta with butter) but the service was what really stood out.

Looking forward to coming back more regularly!“

“I just had my first visit. The decor is fantastic. No cookie cutter decor, but original. Great service delicious coffee look forward to next time.“

“Great coffee and food ! Love their Iced Brown Sugar Espresso Latte and Creamy Mushroom Toast 😋“

“We went to Pizza Pizza with a group of friends and everything was great from start to finish. The girl working there was friendly, patient, and very helpful when we were choosing our toppings. The pizza was delicious soft inside and crispy outside just how we like it. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. Excellent service and great food.“

“Delicious and addictive sugar rush coming through!! 🍩
Anne and Anya is such an amazing employee going above and beyond for hospitality and helping us getting the flavour and very patience for a first time customer like us.
Definitely come back again and again!

“I love their acai energy bowl, it’s my go to and on par with acai bowls in Hawaii in my opinion. My husband likes to get extra protein whenever he orders their matcha drink. Staff is also very friendly, and conveniently located near the subway. There’s plenty of seating in the food court and Mel Lastman square is nearby.“

“This is an incredibly clean and DELICIOUS place to eat! The staff are amazing and friendly; they go above and beyond to satisfy your tastebuds and hunger !! Sooo impressed !! YUM!!!!!“

“The pastries are amazing, so delicious.“

“This place is top notch!

The crunchy coockie crust bao filled with custards, chicken puff and deep fried crab meat bun are some of my favs but most of the stuff in this place is solid and very well priced.

You won't regret eating here!“

“I’m a regular customer of their fried chicken, and my whole family likes it. Given the combination of quality, consistency, and adherence to halal standards, I consider this to be my preferred choice for fried chicken locally. I would recommend it without hesitation to families and individuals seeking a reliable halal option. Its the best halal fried chicken I have found in Canada“

“Great customer service. Very friendly and polite staff. The kitchen staff cook the food in a timely manner. Have been going to this location for 5 years and I’ve never had an issue with anything. The area is clean.“

“We had such a wonderful experience at Shake Shack at Yorkdale! The food was great, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the incredible service from Tiny.

Tiny was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond even though she didn’t have to. She came over to check on us several times, genuinely asking if we needed anything and making sure we were taken care of throughout our meal. She even helped us with a refill and made the whole experience feel so welcoming and personal.

It’s rare to come across someone who puts this much care and attention into their customers. Tiny was kind, attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great experience.

Shake Shack is very lucky to have her on their team. Tiny deserves recognition for the amazing service she provides. We will definitely be coming back — thank you, Tiny, for making our visit so memorable“
