“I LOVE CAFE MOZAIKO.
The attention to detail on the sushi naming and packaging. Fish is always fresh and my personal fave is the torched sushi and tofu pockets. Would get these on repeat everytime. The location near Cathedral town is spacious for indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of drinks to choose from too to pair with the sushi.
If you love Anime and Sushi, this is the spot.

They even had a featured artist alley sticker area by the cashier supporting other local businesses.

“I'm a big fan of Japanese-style Western food and I'm so glad that I found this yoshoku restaurant in Toronto! The Hamburg steak (Hambagu) was sooo good, it has everything I was hoping for: garlic chips, rich gravy, mushrooms, sunny side up egg, cheese, and grilled shishito peppers, such a classic and comforting combination! “I had a great experience today at chatime on Woodbine Ave. Phoebe was very friendly and patient to answer any of my questions, she was professional even under high volume pressure. Johnathan who clearly knows what he was doing, was very efficient at his job.
One star was deducted because the service quality was not consistent across all the staff. The last time I was there a week ago, came across a staff who slouched the whole time working cashier, and didn’t speak up properly. I was not the only customer who cannot hear his voice over the counter…“

“Starbucks at Markville Mall is my go-to coffee stop when I’m in Markham, and it easily deserves 5 stars. It’s not just a coffee run, it’s a little break in the middle of mall shopping.

Right inside Markville Mall, it’s easy to find near the main entrances. The store is bright, clean, and modern. Plenty of seating even on weekends, with a mix of tables for solo laptop time and bigger spots if you’re with friends or family. The mall background noise fades once you’re inside with your drink. It feels calm despite being in a busy mall.

*Service*
The staff here are consistently friendly and fast. During peak hours it can get busy, but the line moves quickly and the baristas remember regular orders. Mobile order pickup is smooth too, which is great when you’re rushing between stores. They’re always polite and they’ll remake a drink if it’s not right.

*Drinks + Food*
This is Starbucks, so the classics are always on point. My go-to is an Iced Vanilla Latte and it’s perfect every time – not too sweet, strong coffee flavor. The seasonal drinks are fun to try and they do them well. Pastries and sandwiches are fresh, and the display is always well stocked. Portion sizes are what you expect, and pricing is standard Starbucks.

Right after buying my milk tea, I accidentally dropped the entire cup on the ground while walking toward the door. I was pretty disappointed and thought I would just go back and buy another one. But after the staff member understood what happened, she immediately said, “It’s okay, I’ll make you a new one.”
Honestly, I was really touched at that moment.
It wasn’t because I saved the cost of another drink, but because I felt genuinely understood and cared for. A great business is not only about the quality of its products, but also about the warmth and kindness behind its service.
