“Tastes good but the girl serving did not show up to the counter for 5minutes although she knew I was waiting. She did not apologize and just generally.. flat expression and does not even say thank you or anything. I said thank you when she handed us the cake, i got no reply or a slight smile. I know there is another person who is very kind but this one girl with bangs and smaller eyes... really awful interaction“

“✨ I just wanted to leave a huge THANK YOU to the amazing young man working at Baskin Robbins. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful — took his time going over every little detail of my son’s birthday cake with me. He asked questions, checked things with me carefully, and made sure everything was perfect.
What really touched me was his dedication: although the store opens at 11:00 AM, he came in at 6:00 in the morning to prepare the cake, so I could pick it up by 9:30 AM. That’s beyond customer service — that’s true care and responsibility!
The cake turned out even better than I imagined — it was beautiful, delicious, and full of love. 💖🎂
