“Stopped by Marble Slab Creamery recently and ordered the double chocolate ice cream with Nutella sauce on a cone. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and full of chocolate flavor without being overly sweet. The Nutella sauce was the perfect addition and made every bite even better.

The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the ice cream was fresh. You can tell they use quality ingredients. Definitely one of the better ice cream spots I've visited, and I'll be coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommend it if you're craving something sweet!“

“The flavours offered at this bakery are uniquely innovative! We got an iron goddess and pistachio cake. It’s a beautiful cake. Although, we were glad to have tried it, we found the tea mousse too bland (not strong or sweet enough) in combination with the salted (and sage?) spiced pistachio. By themselves, the different layers were delicious. Together, I wish the flavours were better balanced and the chiffon replaced by a denser textured base —perhaps a biscuit, cookie or crumb.“

There is a lot of seating outside around the building, Perfect for enjoying your treats on a nice day. “Not sure what’s Thai about this place, since they neither have Thai flavours or Thai staff, but they make a damn good rolled ice cream. The mixture they use is a solid recipe, as the rolls come out well formed and hold their structure. Sometimes rolled ice cream will come out too brittle, melts too quickly, too icy, etc. they make them good here“

“I had ordered a white heart shaped cake for my daughter's birthday. They had made it exactly what I was looking for. I was able to pick the flavor and went with white chocolate. I met your employee, Sepideh, at the mall shop. She is an attractive lady, and I found her to be very pleasant as well. I do have a “sweet tooth” and a particular fondness for vanilla ice cream. As I recall, there is an ice cream shop adjacent to or near the entrance where there is a Starbucks; however, I would go to the little booth where Sepideh worked instead because it felt more personal, and she would always give healthy tips while serving.

Although I like ice cream, I don’t want to feel like I’m just another number in the queue. Sepideh makes her customers feel appreciated, and that’s what I liked about her service.

I have been a businessman for most of my life and have employed hundreds of people, so I may be a bit biased in recognizing the value of her service from an employer’s perspective.

For instance, if their system fails it costs you, I ordered through the mobile app at my store nearby, but the app sent it to the other side of town. I called to cancel the order, but dairy Queen policy they don't issue refunds because they still have to pay someone to make it. so you're out of money and no food. it's there policy to not have customer service“

He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful — took his time going over every little detail of my son’s birthday cake with me. “It was sooo hot today, so after walking a trail under the blazing sun, we came here to cool down with some dessert!

The bingsu portions are actually pretty big you can definitely share one between two people cuz I was struggling to finish my Oreo Cheesecake Bingsu by myself 😂. It was super refreshing with fluffy shaved milk ice, mini Oreos, chocolate sauce, bean powder, and chunks of cheesecake.

The Mango Bingsu was also really good! The mango tasted fresh and sweet. We also ordered another flavor Injeolmi bingsu, it was delicious too my sister finished it so fast!

To balance out all the sweetness and the cold dessert, we also got the sweet and salty rice cakes with sausages, which paired really well. It’s hot and crispy. Overall, the prices are definitely worth it compared to other bingsu places I’ve been to. Great portions, refreshing desserts, and a perfect spot to cool off on a hot summer day! Customer service is great and the spacing is pretty big too!“

I ordered a litre. A LITRE. Because I have no self control and apparently no shame. Stood outside on the sidewalk eating it like a feral raccoon who just discovered dairy. Mouth open, eyes wide, fully unhinged. I think I made eye contact with a stranger mid-bite and neither of us said anything.

The ice cream is so good I forgot where I was. I forgot my responsibilities. I forgot that I’m a grown adult who owns a business. None of that matters when you’re nose deep in a tub of hand crafted small batch perfection.

Would I do it again? I’m already thinking about tomorrow.
