“Great experience. The ice cream is fantastic and lots of variety to choose from. Ice cream is high quality and very fresh. The portion sizes are very generous too! Staff was very courteous and many workers being present make it a fast experience. It can get busy inside, wasn't able to properly check out other products as a result unfortunately. More seating area would be ideal as well.

“I found this place on Google map just because I was looking for an ice cream place that is open late.
It exceed my expectations. Very delicious. Mamy diffrence flavors that you could also customize.

“Good atmosphere, clean place but average service. Ordered assorted puffs and drinks. Got puffs and ice cream but they missed my drinks. Was able to get that only after reminder and showing my receipt for drinks. Overall good experience and food.“

“I ordered a durian chiffon cake and a mango pomelo mousse cake for my parents anniversary. Both cakes were super delicious. The durian had a nice sweet taste and the cake sponge was soft. The mango pomelo mousse was really smooth with strong mango flavors.“

“We hired My Sweetie Pie to be the dessert at our wedding in place of a wedding cake. They were absolutely incredible! it was such a lovely alternative for our wedding (we're not huge cake people). Everybody loved the pies! With our order, we also got small to-go containers so our guests could take the leftovers and it was a huge hit! My Sweetie Pie made the delivery process so easy and worked into our special day seamlessly. Good people, great pie, and overall a fantastic local business. Thanks so much, My Sweetie Pie!“

Crispy, affordable, and the most important: tastes sooo good!!It’s been 2 for $5 for many years!!Owners are very friendly too.Lately, I’ve discovered that they have pretty good HK style milk tea and Vietnamese coffee too!! “Came here on a last minute decision instead of another ice cream place because it sounded tasty. It did not disappoint. We ordered the Blame India butter chicken crunch, the butterscotch premium exotic holy shake, and the mini freak shake in cotton candy. If you spend $30+ you get a free ice cream in waffle cone for kids, so we also were able to get a chocolate flavor for one of our kids. The Burger was delicious, it makes me want to try more on the food menu. The butterscotch shake was good but I think I would have liked if I chose a different flavor instead. All in all, I think we will come back at some point to try again.“

“Whenever I’m in downtown Markham I HAVE to stop by La Diperie for a soft serve. It’s so yummy! Ice cream actually tastes like cream and the chocolate actually tastes like chocolate. Top it off with chopped almonds and you are literally in heaven. So good - now I’m craving another one!“

“I liked the interior of the store. It was very instagramable and the seats were comfortable. The food was OK and it was very cute. The portion is not too big or not too small. If you order a combo menu, it should be good for two people. I liked their ice cream the most. The tea pot was very cute too. Their mochi was not too sweet or salty and I liked them.“

“Lots of food options, from meals to snacks to drinks. It’s a takeout spot, and staff speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. I ordered chicken skewers and they cooked it fresh, delicious with a little spice in the flavour! Would go again.

“Over the years, I’ve come to Butter Baker every now and again. Their cakes are pretty tasty as are their croissants. Prices are moderate for a bakery of that level. And their monthly special soft serve ice cream is fantastic. It changes every month so check on Instagram to check what flavour it is.“

“Incredible experience at this particular location, the customer service was just above and beyond. We came in to choose any birthday cake and leave until our eyes caught this beautiful Winnie the Pooh and piglet cake. Unfortunately our group of three also consists of a tigger, who was non existent on the cake. How could we buy a cake without the complete trip?! Yvonne saw the disappointment in our eyes and made our day by going out of her way to draw tigger. Not only is she a sweetheart but she sure is talented as well! Thank you for making our birthdays girls day even more special Yvonne! She was so touched. Hope to see you again!“
