She was polite, no rude remarks and kept her composure very well, even with the stress and how busy the store was at the time. It was great customer service and very professional. “It’s a friendly place but I was surprised that they do not have trays for Ice Cream cones? They kept on wanting to put the cone upside down in a cup??? Something has been lost at Dairy Queen. When I was a kid (in the 70’s) , I was tasked with hopping in the car, driving to to DQ and bringing back cones for everyone. They always had TRAYS for the cones. I can’t believe an Ice Cream cone place does not have trays!! When I got in the car today and had to modify a drink tray or my grandson would have been sad…“

“I’m a regular customer here for so many years and I always love to see all the hardworking people here who make my favorite very berry smoothie yummy all the time, it’s always an experience to come and get my drink, many faces changed over the last few years but I never came across like the worker to whom I met on 4th of August during evening hours , such an amazing personality and the behavior of the guy was so heartwarming, I think he was working with a new staff as she was having trouble with something’s but this guy saved the day, I know this guy used to work full time before but now I see him less in the store, if store owner is reading this comment pls give this boy a raise.“

“Great ice cream! Annoyed with the inconsiderate high school students, who are NOT patrons that occupy the seats at the Newmarket location and are active and noisy during the lunch hour. They bring slices of pizza and other items from across the road to eat at Kawartha Dairy and management does nothing about it. If the kids are not patrons, they should not be allowed to occupy the chairs reserved for patrons.“

“We hired My Sweetie Pie to be the dessert at our wedding in place of a wedding cake. They were absolutely incredible! it was such a lovely alternative for our wedding (we're not huge cake people). Everybody loved the pies! With our order, we also got small to-go containers so our guests could take the leftovers and it was a huge hit! “Service was great. Associate came and showed me the different cakes and then offered to do lettering ( I thought you would have to order in advance). The place was very clean both outside and inside. There is a counter with some stools and a table or two with seats (more seating outside for summer) but if it's not summer more if a place to pick up from. Will definitely recommend to friends.“

“Same selections across all locations but what makes a location stand out will have to be the services!! We greeted by these friendly and cheerful young girls who smile shine behind their masks. They were so patient with my indecisive daughter, very attentive to all of us. These young girls set the bar high in the retail industry. We will revisit whenever we crave for cold treats and plan to order ice-cream cake for our upcoming events.“

“Was driving back from a cottage weekend and wanted to hit up a coffee shop with a bit of character. This place was great! Converted Ontario house into a coffee shop, nice patio and had some solid coffee. The owner was there who was very kind. Will stop again next time I pass by this area“
