I met your employee, Sepideh, at the mall shop. She is an attractive lady, and I found her to be very pleasant as well. I do have a “sweet tooth” and a particular fondness for vanilla ice cream. As I recall, there is an ice cream shop adjacent to or near the entrance where there is a Starbucks; however, I would go to the little booth where Sepideh worked instead because it felt more personal, and she would always give healthy tips while serving.

Although I like ice cream, I don’t want to feel like I’m just another number in the queue. Sepideh makes her customers feel appreciated, and that’s what I liked about her service.

I have been a businessman for most of my life and have employed hundreds of people, so I may be a bit biased in recognizing the value of her service from an employer’s perspective.

“Charged extra for everything whereas other dairy Queens do. Not that I've been to told us they were closing at 10:00 and their Google posts says they close at 11:00. So we all got blankets and sat outside and then they stayed open till 11:00. Rather disappointing. It was a group of us celebrating after going to our children's theater performance.“

They have the best Napoleon in town and their bakery section always has a line up. Everything is baked in-house. They are open 7 days a week with lots of free and convenient parking. Any Armenian delicacy - they go it or they'll make it and it's the best!“
