“The cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful. She guided me through the menu, which was filled with delicious-looking options. I hadn’t seen this brand before, and it was quite different from what I’m used to. I enjoy the taste, and it was a new experience for me.“

“Visited the Yorkdale Shake Shack today and ordered the Shroom Burger. Unfortunately, the fried mushroom patty was a bit overcooked and darker than expected.

That said, I would still like to recognize the excellent service I received. One staff member was constantly cleaning and maintaining the dining area, and the restaurant was noticeably clean as a result.

What impressed me most was that while I was dining alone, this staff member proactively came over to ask if I would like a glass of water, and even asked whether I preferred warm or cold water. I honestly did not expect this level of attentiveness in a fast-casual, self-service restaurant.

Although my burger was not perfect, this employee’s thoughtfulness and dedication to customer service really stood out and made my visit a positive experience. A big thank you to this staff member — they deserve recognition! 👍🏼“

“It's a small location but it has the same as any other branch but there's also a Kernels and a small Coffee Time shop in it as well.
They have daily specials on their popcorn prices.
It's very convenient.
My wife and I pop over after work sometimes to get a treat (ice cream) and a movie watching snack (popcorn).
It's right in a well known intersection and there is plenty of parking.
There are even benches to sit, relax and enjoy!“
