I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this Baskin-Robbins, and especially with Nisha.

I was in a really difficult situation where I needed a custom birthday cake on extremely short notice. I had been calling around to different places and was repeatedly told that they needed at least 48 hours' notice, which I completely understood given the amount of work that goes into preparing and decorating a custom cake. At that point, I was starting to think I simply wasn't going to be able to get the cake in time for the birthday.

Then I called this Baskin-Robbins.

Nisha called me back, listened to my situation, and told me that she would do what she could to help me out. From that point forward, she was absolutely incredible. She gave me a way to communicate with her directly and worked with me extensively to figure everything out, despite how last-minute my request was.

What impressed me the most was the amount of effort she personally put into making this happen. I know that custom cakes aren't something you can simply throw together at the last minute. There is preparation, decorating, coordination, and a lot of work involved. Despite that, Nisha went completely above and beyond, even putting in extra effort after hours to make sure the cake could be ready for me to pick up the following morning.

That level of customer service is incredibly rare.

What could have easily been a stressful and disappointing situation became something I didn't have to worry about anymore because Nisha genuinely cared enough to help. She didn't have to accommodate such a last-minute request, and I would have completely understood if she couldn't. Instead, she found a way to make it happen.

Sometimes it's the things that might seem small to someone else that make a huge difference to you in the moment. Having that cake ready meant a lot to me because it was for a birthday celebration, and Nisha's kindness, patience, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made sure everything came together.

Nisha, if you happen to read this, thank you. Your effort genuinely meant more than you probably realize.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this Baskin-Robbins to anyone looking for a cake, but especially recommend asking for Nisha. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. She is an absolute superstar and a perfect example of what it means to genuinely care about your customers.

Tiny was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond even though she didn’t have to.
