“Absolutely one of the best ice cream places I’ve ever tried! Everything is locally made, and the owner makes the ice cream himself. The flavours are incredibly rich, fresh, and so unique compared to regular ice cream shops.
My absolute favourite is the Biscoff and Golden Oreo. SO good!! 🤤 But they have tons of different and creative flavours, so there’s always something new to try.
The owners are also amazing and kind -
super friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they make. You can tell a lot of care goes into every flavour.

“It was my first visit to Scooped and I was very glad I went here! We decided to go here after lunch at El Catrin. There are numerous flavors of Ice Cream, but I decided on the Guava Cheesecake. A single scoop in a cup was perfect! They make their ice creams and cones in house. I'd definitely go back here again when I'm visiting the Distillery District in Toronto!“

“We booked GTA Softee for our employee appreciation event on July 9–10, and Vani made the whole experience so special! He showed up at 6:30am on the 9th, way ahead of schedule, just to make sure everything was ready for our team. It's rare to come across someone who takes this much pride and joy in what they do — Vani turned a simple ice cream truck visit into a genuine highlight of our week. Our employees are still talking about it!

“I have visited here twice. I've tried at least 5 ice cream flavours, because I like ice cream. The staff is always friendly I have encountered a young guy and a new lady as well each of them are happy to tell a bit about the founder story which i love that this is a local place making their own ice cream and chocolates therefore it's unique to this neighbourhood. Worth visiting again but I will have to match it against more local places and see the results. Curious to read more as well which is more popular here the gelato or the ice cream. Would be a great spot to stop for chocolates as a gift idea. Other chocolate items available as well as coffee“

“Always a fun stop when you’re craving something sweet! There are so many flavours to choose from that it can honestly be hard to decide, but thankfully the staff are friendly and patient while you figure it out. I also love that you can try a flavour before committing. The ice cream is always good, and whether you’re grabbing a cone, a sundae, a shake or something to take home, there are lots of options. Just a fun, easygoing spot for a treat.“
“I first went to the Village Chill when I was four years old. Despite the dozens of ice cream shops which have opened up in the Cedarvale-Forest Hill areas, I keep coming back here. Each of their flavours are personal and unique. This is not your average ice cream experience. It is a tiny shop with a big heart.“

“Phenomenal experience! This local bakery has such a wonderful selection of pastries, which are a little pricey, but great as a treat! They do also have Bang Bang Ice Cream flavours that were delectable & perfect if you don’t want to go to their location (that typically has a pretty long wait). The service was helpful and friendly, along with a reliable team that makes the line go fast! The seating is limited, but the window seats are really great for a small rendezvous. Overall, I’ll definitely be returning to Bakerbots Baking for another treat!“

“Tried out Gemma Gelateria for the first time and got myself the birthday cake flavoured ice cream. I have to admit for under 6 bucks a solid scoop of gelato on a cone and felt like the ice cream was enough. Funny enough they also offer Gluten-Free cones so for anyone who can’t have gluten you can still have a solid ice cream on a cone. As well I loved the quiet environment and the proximity to Bay Station. If you are looking for a solid gelato spot within Yorkville come to Gemma Gelateria on Cumberland St.“

“Wide variety of flavours that change regularly! I tried the lemon and the wild berry and I was a huge fan of both but mainly the lemon. ($8 including tax for two scoops) There was a very sweet girl serving me and she was really approachable!! The owner is also a very kind man! Would recommend you check it out“

I ordered a burger from South Street Burger and it was really fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. The burger was cooked perfectly and everything tasted amazing. I also got ice cream from La Diperie, and it was absolutely delicious,creamy, fresh, and the perfect treat!
The staff were also super friendly and welcoming. Sanya, Simran, monira and Harman were amazing very polite, helpful, and attentive throughout. They made the experience even better with their great customer service.
Overall, amazing food, great ice cream, and such a lovely team. Definitely recommend checking them out!“

“When I first saw this place there used to be long queues outside this shop during Covid days. Then I thought that may be I am missing something. Then on one day I went there when it was not so busy. My daughter just loved it...we tried gulab jamin roll ice cream. Not only good taste but it was interesting to see how the rolls were actually made. Saw kids just looking at the process of making these rolls. Rates slightly on the higher side but was worth it!!!“
