SO GOOD!! Dropped by Mr Puffs on a Friday evening for dessert. It was not busy at all!! The person at the front was really friendly and attentive. I ordered the soft serve + 5 puffs combo. They gave me an extra one - thank you!! The soft serve was okay, I will not be ordering this again but glad I tried this. I went to this location a few times. When I've gone, there hasn't been too much of a wait. Location is in a plaza, small but clean. The workers were always polite and friendly.Lots of flavours to choose from as well as drinks! Got the hazelnut chocolate and strawberry cheesecake flavour and cookies and cookies and cream hot chocolate as well as a latte (not pictures)Puffs are fresh, fluffy, soft , warm and gooey with the flavours. The food was mouth-wateringly delicious, even walking into the store smelled amazing: the food tasted better. The servers were very helpful and kind. I would definitely come there again, and will recommend it to all my friends :)Kid-friendliness: As a teen myself, I will say that the waiters were extremely understanding with my lack of knowledge on how to use the tap machine. Amazing place to go with friends
