A lot of "we don't do's" for a chain restaurant. Was surprised that there were no refills, The drink station wasn't working, they charge for extra condiments and not even friendly staff.
Almost always something wrong with the orders here. Missing items no straw or napkins. Special instructions missed a lot of the time and have to go inside with your order to get it

It's fast food, run by a bunch of teenagers. Don't expect much. My fries were soggy, so tells me they were sitting for while. If your going to mess up on the burgers please let the fries be fresh.
