Outright , she approached us to get our orders and when she found out my brother's bday (from USA) that day, she led us to the tables, got a group to sing him Happy Birthday with some other employees and a FREE BIRTHDAY CAKE WITH CANDLE to my Brother's delight. “Such a classic community spot (or more so, a keystone) in Mississauga with great coffee and tea options and quick eats including sandwiches, wraps and bakery goods. Me and my friend got a pesto sandwich, chamomile tea and a latte. The staff was also very friendly and inviting. Ample seating options from stools, group tables, one-on-one tables and some couches. Gives you a really nice view of the city while also providing cozy space for studying, hangouts, and just some nice coffee. It can get quite crowded in the noon/evening so come early if you want to get a good spot!“

The service is amazing but it’s a large place so we did approach the counter right away. It’s beautiful and clean. So many delicious things on the menu to choose! I highly recommend it!“

“Lovely young girl working Saturday morning. Place was busy and she kept her composure and left everything clean. Super well spoken and kind.
When it wasnt busy, she kept tidying the place up and refilling product.
I cant enjoy most of their treats but my review is solely based on this lovely employees behavior. 10/10“

“Second Cup deserves way more love in Canada. It feels like they’ve been completely overshadowed by Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and every other coffee chain out there, and honestly it’s disappointing. Their coffee is consistently good, the cafés are cozy, and it actually feels relaxing compared to the chaos of other places.

I wish there were more locations because they’re so hard to find now. Canada needs more Second Cup cafés again. Not every corner needs another Starbucks or Tim Hortons. Sometimes you just want a good coffee shop with a calm atmosphere and quality drinks. Second Cup has always deserved a bigger place in the Canadian coffee scene. ☕🇨🇦“

“Amazing Taho in a cup with Tapioca! The syrup is delicious and tastes like jaggery, the tapioca is perfectly cooked. This size was less than 4$, cash only! I like silken tofu as a dairy-free alternative to boba tea, and it’s not too sweet or filling.“

“I’m posting specifically to complement a lady works behind counter at the Westdale Mall (Erindale Stn and Dundas, Mississauga) location. Her name is Azza. She is so sweet! I walked in to store after walking for 20 plus mins in the hot weather. She saw me saw me sweating and immediately offered a cup of cold ice water. I hadn’t even bought my coffee yet. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash on me to tip her - next time. You don’t find people too much anymore. Happy Canada Day!!“
