Service left much to be desired. It was empty when we arrived — maybe another table or two — but service was subpar. Had to ask for water three times, and still didn’t get any. We got the coffee but no water. We had to physically walk to the server’s area and ask them for water. They said they were “preparing” — I’m not sure how much preparation is needed to open a tap and fill up a jug. They eventually brought the water over in single glasses — this despite other tables got jugs. So, naturally, we had to ask for more. Then, finally, a jug of water was brought over.When new servers started their shifts — and as the restaurant filled up— we started getting a more attentive employee who offered to refill coffees (first time that happened) and properly took care of us.A great meal that could have been an exceptional experience if not for inattentive staff.“

“Lovely Pakistani food spot. Excellent food. Almost all their customers are Pakistani. I visited there yesterday with some friends, really enjoyed the food. However, I was shocked to see garbage left outside the walkway. What a shame it will be to get recognized as an uncivilized nation. Please spread the word. Request our community to prove themselves otherwise. Disposing garbage is not the issue, the issue is our mindset. The store is located in a mall, but it was in the wrong side of the mall and looked like a factory area, so I didn't have high expectations. When I entered, I was shocked about very sophisticated inside.I was expecting a fluffy doughnut from the name "puff," but instead I got a crispy dough. It was so crispy that I thought it might have been raised twice. I bought the recommended popular Cookies & Cream and Double Chocolate. “SO GOOD!! Dropped by Mr Puffs on a Friday evening for dessert. It was not busy at all!! The person at the front was really friendly and attentive. I ordered the soft serve + 5 puffs combo. They gave me an extra one - thank you!! The soft serve was okay, I will not be ordering this again but glad I tried this. The puffs were AMAZING, the texture is so chewy, gooey goodness inside and they made them fresh - took 6 minutes. It was worth the short wait. I used the drive-thru a couple times, the last time I purchased a $9 medium iced coffee, which was good but I was asked for a tip at the drive-thru. I thought that was in poor taste since I paid for a premium barrista beverage and I'm just driving through - didn't use any extra facilities, didn't even order food, and the attendant wasn't that friendly.Dietary restrictions: Extra charge for lactose free milk but it's an option. “I went in with a friend to buy their strawberry cream croissant which is only made on a special day of the week. We found out that it wasn’t on the calendar for the month and were completely fine with that, planning to buy other items. However, the workers there offered to make us the croissant if we waited a while, and we were able to leave with two of the strawberry cream croissants + some other goodies. They were so kind, and as always, the croissant lives in my dreams it’s so tasty. Highly recommend this bakery. Everything we tried was great!“
