Staff are hit or miss. This particular time, we had an amazing lady help and actually recommend drinks and customizations, but have been many times before and encountered others who were not friendly, and actually rushed us. The front seating area always looks squished and messy, but we sat at the back area which was a little more lounge like and spacious. Sucks that it was near the open concept bathroom though.
