For some reason this store feels the need to cater to one group of people, why is there a huge lgbtqfu flag hanging in the store? What does that flag have to do with a coffee shop and this shows total disregard and disrespect for all the other 98% of people who may find this flag and what it represents offensive! Do the right thing take it down put up one simple sign. " EVERYONE WELCOME " Do this and watch your business increase, Starbucks has nothing to do with this flag, end the offensive way you treat 98% of your patrons.

I recently went to this Starbucks location at Heartland Mississauga and Selena took my order. Since I cannot have eggs in my meal and I told her to find option for me. She took time and went to the kitchen and read each and every ingredients and found out 2 sandwiches which do not contain eggs in them.Grilled cheese sandwich with sourdough bread and pesto cheese tomato focaccia sandwich.I thanked her and i really appreciate this gesture from startbucks employees who care for their customers and help them with their order. Good food is happiness and makes everyone day.Thank you Selena and I hope Starbuck appreciate her and keep up the good workVegetarian options: Grilled cheese sandwich with sourdough bread and pesto cheese tomato focaccia sandwich. These are eggless options

Ordered for flagship coffee, brewed piping hot.Excellentbservice staff,Baristas know their job. I am a regular customer of this location. Today I bought a large Caramel Frappuccino and came to home. When I start drinking at home, I found that it's smelling like some grass from the glass. I saw the glass from outside and found few grass pieces were stick to it. I immediately called this location and the girl who picked call was in tbe management team. Her name is Cell. Beyond my expectations, as I was feeling bit awkward telling her about the bad smell from coffee but this girl was just awesome. I told her the whole thing and she was so nice that she immediately said that I can come to store anytime, get a full refund and a complimentary coffee. I said I will come with receipt and coffee. Beside this I told her that I don't want to make any complain against anyone as things can happens to anyone. She was very happy with my polite reply. I was not in an intention to get another coffee for free but just as a normal human behavior I went there as I lived vwry close by. I told her about phone conversation and she immediately recognize me. Without asking any question she just gave me full refund and when I was about to leave she offered me another coffee. I took another coffee and was about to pay but she totally refused to charge and offered free coffee as a token of respect towards the customers. It was her honesty and loyalty and above all her training. I will 100% recommend anyone to this location. It was merely just 8 dollars refund but I got a million dollars respect and best customer service from her. I am again writing her name here. Her name is "Cell"and I am writing it again so that may be it can come to the notice of her superiors management team and she must be rewarded time to time by her organization. She is the best. Cell if you ever read this comment please reply that you read it.Thank you so much once again for being so nice, being a great listener with an abundance of patience you showed even after a big busy day as it was some Muslim community religious festival today. God bless you and I wish you a very great future ahead.
