One thing I noticed, the customer in front of me, a student, seemed to have worked his way to a free beverage by threatening the employee with a bad review,asking for his name and everything. Noticed his smirk and the worker's disgust with the tactic. Customer's always right but from what I picked in the room and the smirk that wasn't a case of "justice" type of smile but rather a "can't believe it worked" one. “Delicious and Unique Desserts at Xe Kem!

This was our first time visiting Xe Kem, and we were blown away by the experience! We picked up a couple of "Durian Sweet Dessert" cups, egg pudding, and coconut jelly, and everything was so delicious. The coconut jelly, in particular, was a standout – it was both soft and crunchy, a texture I’ve never experienced before. The flavor was perfectly fresh, not too sweet, and I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh coconut meat inside the jelly. It’s a must-try!

The egg pudding was good, but what really stole the show for me was the Banh Trang Tron. I’ve had this dish before, but Xe Kem’s version is truly the best I’ve ever tasted. The sauce was incredibly flavorful, and they even included a plastic glove and utensils so I could mix it at home – such a thoughtful touch!

I never expected it to be this good, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try more of their offerings. Xe Kem has definitely become a go-to spot for me!“

The consistency is something you can’t find in most places these days. To add the cherry on top, the staff always greets you in a warm and welcome tone! My son can’t have dairy because he’s lactose intolerant and they have so many options and they gave us all the options and even made recommendations for which alternative would taste better with which smoothie… I didn’t care lol but my son liked talking to the girl on the cash. 10/10 would recommend the Banango Burst and this place!“

“Smooth tofu pudding (taho), but I wish it was more beany flavor, the shop mimicked the street style you would see in Asia. To get each spoon evenly with tofu, syrup and pearls, you should get it in a bowl instead of a cup. I was inexperienced and thought it was convenient to use a straw but ended up finishing all the syrup first which was too sweet and left unfavorable tofu pudding. It's an entry level dessert for someone who never had tofu as a dessert.“

I was warmly greeted by a young man who seem ready to work. So, I ordered a pineapple smoothie; but, he informed me that it was done. ? So, I ordered a medium-sized mango smoothie.Firstly, he held the sugar cane and put it through the juicer. “Great rolled ice cream! Lots of options to choose from and even the “make your own” option. The matcha matcha is amazing. There isn’t many seats, they only have high chairs. The whole plaza is crazy and very hard to find parking if you go in the evening.“

This employee named Rayven was the best chatime employee I've ever met in my whole life. I've been a regular to this franchise for years, but this guy Rayven was the best employee. Their large is one of the biggest cups I've ever seen. At $9, probably the best bubble tea value for money in the city.

The fruit used for slush is fresh, and they have a wide selection. I've tried mango+banana and mango+strawberry. So good!

They have an awesome lemonade with lychee jelly. Large is $7. It's not on the menu, but if you like lemonade or bubble tea, you should try it sometime.

The lady who works there was so kind to me. The first time I ordered, I asked for more boba and she gave me extra without charging me.
