Went today for the free ube latte promotion and there was only one guy working! But he held it down and managed the line very well. Drinks were delicious too. However, the lack of staff reflects poorly on management.
they did not have any desserts which was very disappointing. staff was not very helpful. very depressing location and dead!
My Uber Eats Order always Go here, Never had an issue with my orders past 3 times. I have tried many places Bubble teas I would say chatime has the best drinks so far. Must try the New addition Matcha drink, absolutely amazing.

Chatime Bubble Tea is a popular spot known for its delicious drinks and friendly service. Customers consistently praise the quality of the bubble teas, especially mentioning the new Matcha drink as an absolute must-try. The lychee green tea slush is also frequently highlighted as a favorite. Many visitors keep returning because of the good taste and consistent quality of the drinks.
The staff at this location are often described as very nice and patient. One worker, in particular, is commended for handling long lines and busy days with exceptional customer service, despite working long hours alone from opening to closing. Customers appreciate their attentiveness; for example, one staff member remembers specific preferences like ice and sugar levels. During busy times, staff members work hard to serve many customers, sometimes under stressful conditions, but they remain friendly and helpful.
However, some reviews point out issues with management and staffing. On busy days or holidays, there are sometimes only one or two staff members working, which can lead to longer wait times and employees appearing overwhelmed. Customers feel that adding more staff would improve the experience for both customers and employees. Overall, Chatime Bubble Tea offers tasty drinks and a relaxing atmosphere, supported by kind staff, though management could improve staffing to better handle busy periods.
