Lady at the cashier was extremely rude and rushing us to order. She explained that she had “other” things to take care of and we told her to take her time while we looked at the menu. She just stood at the cashier and when we went to order, she was unhelpful to say the least and did not want to serve us. This took place at Courtney Park location around 3:15 pm. Never returning to this location
Ordered ahead of time only to be told it wasn’t ready when I got there so I still had to wait. I asked for a small cup so that I can give some of my smoothie to my son. I was told no, they couldn’t give me one. Said I would pay for it, told me that they couldn’t sell me a cup and if I wanted to give my son some smoothie, I should have ordered him a separate one. Visited on Saturday at 7:32 p.m ordered a regular Mango Hurricane no Ice with Energy Booster. The girl didn’t add energy Booster I was carefully watching her from step one. I asked the girl before pouring that you didn’t add the booster. She didn’t accept that.Also, she was rude. Worst Customer service.
