I have been this Chatime for many times. I have enjoyable time with the good service, tasteful drinks, warm environment. I order milk tea usually, this is my first time ordering grapefruit tea because I ate too much fried food before I went here. It is a perfect drink to counter the grease. I recommend it to all of you.
Service here is awful- the cashier doesn't listen when ordering and ends up just punching in the wrong items. Also had to call for the worker multiple times to try and ask a question (even though I was standing right in front of him). Ridiculous.

"The taste of the smoothie could use more flavor and authenticity to avoid the artificial taste. It's also important to note that the store lacks accessibility for people with wheelchairs. On the bright side, the service was fast, the workers were friendly, and the store was clean and quiet."
