Everything tastes fresh and full of flavour. This time we ordered an assorted sandwich platter with vegetarian options as well, and everyone enjoyed it.

“We were in Guelph and looking for something fast but healthy. This place delivered! I’m gluten and dairy free and there were fantastic (most of their products are that naturally). I ate there twice because it was so good and didn’t cause any allergic reactions. Their elderberry lemonade with the passion fruit seeds is delicious as well! Highly recommend“

Big thanks to the server, I’m sorry I forgot the girls name, I caught her by surprise to present my ring, and she did a good job with the presentation! It’s my third time in this restaurant and the food is always great! My favorite dishes so far are Prime Rib of Beef (even the regular cut is big I’m not even talking about the special Aristotle's Cut which is gigantic) and Rack of Lamb! “Best sushi place inside the square one mall! My favourite sushi to order is the Aburi set which has many different kinds of fish and is absolutely delicious! It’s so tasty that soy sauce and ginger is not necessary for me to put on my sushi. The servers there are always kind and polite. Dining inside is peaceful, but you have to order from the menu to dine there, and not from the sushi that’s already prepared beside the dining area from what I know. I always come here for lunch and dinner when I do mall trips! Their sushi can be a little bit pricey, but honestly if you’re a sushi lover, it’s worth it and fills up your belly!“

“I got 2 bowls the ahi tuna and Oaxaca with steak(spelling?) My husband and I were actually pleasantly surprised fresh ingredients and the delicious sauces. Staff was nice in helping me order since I've never been before.

The other comments below saying they rather go to quesada or subways is a joker. Quesda down the road has rude staff and they do no have good fresh ingredients. The prices are almost the same too. Freshii also accepts gift cards unlike quesada.“

“First time trying Panera Bread, and it quickly became one of my new favourite places to grab a sandwich. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff provided great service throughout our visit.
I had the Bacon Turkey Bravo with a strawberry banana smoothie, and it was delicious. Our food came out quickly, within roughly five minutes, and since we do not have one of these locations back home, using the buzzer system was a new experience for us.

“Went to The Dixon at the Hilton Hotel on March 26th 2026 for dinner with a family member making a stopover by Pearson International airport. She was staying at the Hampton hotel, but the walk to The Dixon was only 2 minutes away.

In a nutshell there were only two dinner menu items on the table at The Dixon I’d happily eat again.

The creamy seafood ravioli dish was one of them. Rich tasty and actually comforting without turning into a gluey mess. The other standout was the braised beef dish with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Tender meat good gravy and a proper satisfying plate.

Now for the rest.

Skip the crab cakes. They came with a weird soup-like sauce on them that did them no favours at all. The garden salad was… a salad. The salmon was straightforward and nothing special. They didn’t mess it up so congratulations are in order there.

Also no free bread. Not a tragedy but at a hotel restaurant it felt like an omission.

As for the Old Fashioned cocktail - it looked like one but seemed to be missing the part where the alcohol makes its presence known. After a few sips I was left wondering if the bartender and the bourbon had some kind of falling out.

So while I can’t praise the menu across the board those two mains were genuinely delicious and the reason this review isn’t much harsher. If you find yourself staying near this airport hotel and need a decent dinner, start here.“
