The chicken shawarma was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor. The garlic sauce and their signature spicy sauces took it to the next level — every bite was just amazing. The portions are super generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.

Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. Honestly, one of the best shawarma spots around — definitely coming back again and again!

“Ordered a take out from this place today. The food was great. I am picky with Turkish food since I find it to often be dry but I had no issues with this place. There was an error with my order with one major item missing. The owner fully refunded me and made sure the order made its way to me. Mistakes happen sometimes and how owners handle them is the true measure of customer service. I will definately order from this restaurant again.“

“Food is spectacular! Generous portions for the price and absolutely delicious! I had the Truffle Cavatelli. The only down side is that it took quite a while to get our food and it wasn’t busy inside. Slow service so go when you have time!“

“Went for Valentine’s Day. Ethan was our server, he made great suggestions was very professional and at the same time kept it very casual as if we were talking to a friend. The food was amazing but the highlight of the night was Ethan’s perfect performance. I highly recommend the mushroom fried rice and would return again just for the services. 10/10.“

“Coming back after 3 years:
The quality is top-notch. The portion is huge (even bigger than other Persian restaurants that are usually larger than the norm). Price vs portion vs quality is super competitive. I will definitely be back. The tables are limited. Reservation is recommended. Special Lamb Neck is my recommendation here.

Much better than what I expected. Great Kababs and better than those are their stews. I normally never order stew when we have Kabab in the menu. But, their Gheimeh stew with eggplants was one of the best I have ever had in a while. The portion size is really huge as we want to see it in a Persian restaurant. Kind and welcoming staff. I will definitely come back.“

“We were in Guelph and looking for something fast but healthy. This place delivered! I’m gluten and dairy free and there were fantastic (most of their products are that naturally). I ate there twice because it was so good and didn’t cause any allergic reactions. Their elderberry lemonade with the passion fruit seeds is delicious as well! Highly recommend“

“Today was my first experience with this restaurant. It is a hidden gem. You drive to the back of the plaza and there's parking at the back. Really like the design on the outside and inside. It is only a pick up counter but they had showed me a small patio that is on the opposite of the parking lot that has a free/open cute and quiet patio. When you go inside, it actually has 4 different restaurant food menus. A menu for fresh salads and soups. American (burger, wings etc), pastas, and pizza My cousin and I ordered from the Califresh menu which was the fresh salads and soups. They also had really delicious looking wraps. If you want a delicious, healthy, feel good meal, these salads were to DIE for. I had the Abundance Bowl and it's probably one of the best salads I've ever had. The portion is huge. My cousin said the Keto Cobb salad was amazing also and will now be her go to salad restaurant. I feel the same. The staff were super nice and very accommodating. I love my heavy carb, fast dood take out, but I highly recommend this place. If you struggle to find healthy eat out options, this is the place!“

The burrito was good overall but there was something burning my throat and it wasn’t spicy so I’m not sure which ingredient might be causing that otherwise it’s filling and would be good without that issue. The tres leches is the best I’ve tasted…once you remove the saffron. I personally think the saffron takes away from the flavour of the tres leches and it doesn’t go together. Overall great customer service and food. They are also on Uber Eats.“

“Got the beef brisket burger with fries and their in-house Slayer Lager. About $25 out the door. A cute little robot brang the food to my table. The brisket was thick, juicy, tender and pulled apart like butter. It was so fulling I could not eat all the fries. The fries came with house-made chipotle sauce and it was de-licious. We just stopped in on a whim because our friend's child wanted a smoothie.
4 adults also got smoothies and food. We all agreed the pb cocao was the best smoothly we've ever had.

“I visited Lazeez Shawarma twice today and had very different experiences. In the morning, the oil quality seemed off. The fries tasted old and not fresh, which affected the overall meal. However, when I returned in the evening around 8 PM, the oil quality was noticeably better and the fries tasted fresh and much improved.

It would be great if the quality could stay consistent throughout the day, because when it’s good, it’s really good. Consistency matters.“
