Absolutely amazing experience! The sashimi was incredibly fresh, thick cut, and full of flavor!! you can really taste the quality. The presentation was beautiful, and everything looked so appetizing.

The bento box was also great with a nice variety from sushi rolls to crispy tempura and fresh salad, everything was delicious and well balanced. Great value for the price! The rolls were huge and packed with fresh ingredients. I left feeling so full and happy:)“

“Went here twice while staying the weekend in Toronto for an event. The first night was BUSY but they still managed to find us a place and get us some great food and drinks without issue! Last night 10/28/2023 we came back just for some drinks around 11 and sat at the bar. I could tell it had been a LONG day for everyone working (anyone who has worked service knows the look of a long day) and let me just say. Everyone was still wonderful and kind and helpful. Staff are very accommodating and their service is excellent. If there are any problems they offer good customer service regarding your complaint, which happens very rarely.
We usually order in, so in terms of the restaurant atmosphere it is clean, and offers seating outside in the summer.

“Had an incredible experience at the Humber Room inside Humber Polytechnic. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was on par with what you’d expect from a Michelin-rated restaurant, beautifully plated and thoughtfully executed.

What made it even more impressive is that the restaurant is run by culinary students. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and overall dining experience was honestly unbelievable. It speaks volumes about the training and standards being upheld.

A special mention to Chef Francisco Rivera, the faculty and chef in charge, whose high standards clearly shine through in every aspect of the operation. He even took the time to give us a tour of the kitchen and explained how everything runs behind the scenes, which made the experience even more memorable.

It’s unfortunate to hear that he is retiring, but he’s leaving behind something truly special. His impact on the program and the students won’t be forgotten. Highly recommend this place an absolute hidden gem.“

About the food, my PaPa hamburger was delicious, obviously fresh meat, perfectly cooked, tender and tasty. My wife had the butter chicken dish and raved about the tenderness of the chicken, and its rich full flavour. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the sports themed decor was cool.
