Food was excellent. Great way to showcase the Chef de Cuisine program and students’ cooking skills. Service was poor. Service teacher does not train them nor organize the floor and service in a cogent way for the students to take food orders and serve drinks in a coherent manner. Our group had a great experience here as we celebrated our final day of school! The students were so courteous and attentive. The food selections were delicious. I wish they served alcohol instead of mocktails though. I had the $5 grilled octopus, $12 smash burger, and the $4 mocktail. I visited the Humber Room a few weeks ago with my classmates, we ordered a salad and the steak. I must say, it was probably one of the best steaks I've had in a while. Needless to say there were some errands as the Room is ran by students. Regardless of the mistakes, the food was great. Would visit again and recommend to friends.
