Amazing
Went to The Dixon at the Hilton Hotel on March 26th 2026 for dinner with a family member making a stopover by Pearson International airport. She was staying at the Hampton hotel, but the walk to The Dixon was only 2 minutes away.
In a nutshell there were only two dinner menu items on the table at The Dixon I’d happily eat again.

The Dixon Kitchen & Bar offers great food, excellent service, and an outstanding bartender, making it a wonderful way to start a vacation or day. The breakfast buffet, well worth the money, has a great selection for everyone of all ages, including made-to-order eggs and vegetarian options. The dinner menu is excellent, with standout dishes like the Cantonese Salmon. The bar is trendy, and the bartenders are super-friendly, going out of their way to be helpful. While the food menu is short, prices seem reasonable. The atmosphere is cosy and stylish, with courteous and helpful workers who complement each other well. Wheelchair accessibility is good, with enough room to navigate the buffet.
