My family and I ate here for the breakfast buffet and it was delicious! Lots of variety/options in each station. The smoked salmon was especially high quality. I wish I arrived hungrier because there was so much to try!
Chef Amitesh at Mosaic Kitchen (Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites) went above and beyond during my stay. I have dietary restrictions, and he specially prepared a delicious fried tofu breakfast just for me. His kindness, attention to detail, and exceptional service truly made my morning. Thank you, Chef Amitesh, for the wonderful experience!
Had such a great time at the restaurant, the hostess Natasha was especially kind and helpful. She made sure I understood the menu and helped me find the gluten free options. Food was delicious, I’d definitely come back on my next Toronto visit!
