Went to Freshii for lunch and had a delicious teriyaki twist. Always have been greeted with friendly staff. Never have to wait…they are super fast. Love the food
This is my second visit to this location, and both times they haven’t had pepper and salt sachets available. It feels a bit odd because these are typically placed near the pickup counter for customers at most other locations.
It may seem like a small detail, but little things like this go a long way in creating a better customer experience. Keeping basic condiments readily available would make the service feel more complete and customer-friendly.
