Great food! Options for everyone! Fresh and great portions!
Pulled off the 401 to find myself a soup and sandwich, and had no idea the fantastic meal that awaited me at Chopped Leaf. My first time in to this establishment, and was greeted warmly, with the manager even popping around to my side of the counter to go through the menu with me, addressing my inquires and cravings. This used to be one of my favourite restaurants; I left a 5-star review years ago on my school account. And while there are still a few good offerings here, I've found the quality to have declined drastically over the past year.

Chopped Leaf is a fantastic place for healthy eating without sacrificing flavor. Everything tastes fresh, and the menu offers lots of variety. The ingredients are fresh, portions are good and more than enough for a meal, and orders are prepared quickly. The restaurant is well-maintained and clean, with a relaxing ambience. Staff is generally friendly and quick with service, though some reviews noted customer service could use improvement. Specific meals like the quesadilla and chicken bowl are praised for being fresh, perfectly balanced, and well-prepared. The chicken bowl has super fresh ingredients and perfectly grilled chicken. Definitely one of the best healthy food spots in Mississauga and a good spot for a quick meal.
