There was a small mix-up where my second order from Uber Eats was forgotten, but when I mentioned it, the staff member apologized sincerely and fixed the mistake right away. Even though he looked very tired, he remained humble, polite, and professional throughout.

“First time trying this Egyptian street food. We had it when we visited Celebration Square before Wednesday Zumba. No waiting line. We ordered the sausage on rice, the rice was great but I don't really enjoy the mushy sausage. The taste was great but just didn't like texture. The mini burgers were outstanding. We ordered 2 beef and 2 chicken. They were so so good. They came with fries btw. The price was okay, 51 sumting including tips for those two orders. The service was quick so grateful for that!“

“My Experience here was just fantastic, the chicken Kanab platef was tender, packed and nice and hot, the fries were very crispy and tasty and the shir yakh tasted very authentic and was a must try. Overall, the customer service was top notch and il definitely be coming here again, i 100% recommend.“

“Everything about this restaurant is amazing at the time of this writing, including the food of course which is why I go there. I usually order a beef/lamb shawarma tandoor with extra fat and just sit outside by the grass and eat it there because it’s usually packed. There’s always a wait time for dine in. Yesterday I had gone there early and there was plenty of space so I decided to give the dine in experience a shot. The waitress was very kind and polite. One of the waiters there recognizes my facesand always says hi even while he’s lugging around 2-3 trays. They served me an amazing lentil soup and an unexpected extra large piece of bread that I hadn’t budgeted stomach space for and so I ended up sending it back. Hope it wasn’t tossed out. The shawarma came on a plate with Hummus which you also won’t get if you order it to go My table was only 1 of 2 others out of a total of ~15(?) that didn’t have sauces. I don’t know why this was the case. But I’d personally recommend not using these sauces on any of their foods anyway as it will only overpower the flavor. But that’s just my personal preference. Honestly sometimes I just worry that rising prices, cost cutting and profitability will make everything about this gem take a hit. I’ve seen this happen to successful businesses before over time before, this is the only reason why I’m mentioning this. I wish this restaurant continues to be the same or only gets better as time goes on Highly recommend everyone try this place out.“

“Probably the most beautiful place I have been to in a while. It’s chill, aesthetic atmosphere reminded me of cafes overseas. Despite the chaos we brought in with 5 kids under 6, the staff was friendly and understanding. The food was absolutely amazing! The kebabs were juicy, the dips were great, and our the biggest hit for the kids was the fresh bread! We had akkawi manakeesh which were fantastic, with an amazing fluffy dough, I’d retire pizza forever and eat these all day! It is a shame it’s not closer to me , but it was definitely worth the trip to Oakville for.“

“Pitaland has officially become one of my favorite places to grab a meal. Every visit feels like a delicious reunion with food that never disappoints. The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the flavors are so good they make my lunch break feel like a special occasion.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and somehow manage to keep everything running smoothly even during busy hours. My shawarma was packed perfectly, the vegetables were crisp, and the sauces were so tasty that I briefly considered asking for the recipe (don't worry, I resisted).

What I appreciate most is the consistency, whether it's my first visit of the month or my fifth, the quality is always outstanding. If great food, excellent service, and reasonable prices were an Olympic sport, Pitaland would be bringing home the gold medal.

The couple who own it are amazing, so welcoming and have a real passion foe what they do.
