“When they started i felt their competitors were better but over the years it has become one of my favorite grocery stores in Mississauga. Their shawarma is really good if you get all toppings on. Their fresh dips are tasty specially the roasted eggplant 'salad'. They have finally perfected their fresh garlic potatoes although i feel the price could be better for the amount we get. Their cakes are DELICIOUS - get their pastries to try the flavors out first and find your favourite before you commit to the full cake. Cookies are the freshest and the tastiest i have eaten in canada. We always take them for gifts for friends and family and even the kids enjoy them. Not exaggerating. They even sell their roasted eggplant in a bottle and you can make your own salads - Tastes just as good. I use their pomergranate molases in my fattoush and it turns out just like store bought. Yoghurt is creamy and reminds me of al rawabi/ al marai if you know where that is from ;)“

Shortly after posting my review, the management reached out directly to apologize and explain that they were going through staff training. They handled the situation very professionally, issued a full refund, and offered a free meal coupon for next time.
