“This is one of the best authentic Pakistani restaurants i've been to. The workers are very nice and respectful, the food is great, and the decor is beautiful! Very different and unique and also so elegant and nice. I would recommend this to people as I come here quite often and every time, the food is delicious. Some of the best things i've had is the sizzling cast iron plate that comes with beef, kebabs, and tandoori chicken, and the fish pakora is one of my favourites.“

Your staff was amazing, very accommodating, even helped my mother in her wheel chair 2 people that went out of the way to hep a group of 42 people were Gagan and Priyanshu. “Last night, I had the pleasure of arranging a dinner for my former colleagues from Unilever Pakistan. There were about 40 of us, and I’ve had the privilege of organizing these gatherings for a few years now, each time at a different restaurant. This time, we met at Charsi Karhai, and I have to say, it was truly one of the best experiences we've had. This isn’t just my opinion; everyone who attended had glowing feedback. Here’s why: • Prayer arrangements: Since our dinner was scheduled for 7 pm, around maghrib, many of us wanted to offer prayers. The restaurant already had a decent arrangement in place, which was very thoughtful. • Personalized menu: Gill, the restaurant manager, coordinated with me to fine-tune the menu to our liking. We went back and forth with texts and calls to ensure everything was just right, and I really appreciated the effort. Both Gill and his team member, Bipsha, were extremely helpful throughout. • Private space: Half of the restaurant was allocated to us with a partition set up. This allowed us to have our own space, which gave everyone the chance to mingle freely. It was such a refreshing change from our usual restaurant experiences, where we’d end up seated at separate tables with limited interaction. • Delicious food: The food, as always, was outstanding. We ordered Chicken Karhai, Goat Karhai, Tawa Keema, Bihari Kebab, and Palak Daal. Midway through dinner, Gill suggested adding Kheer for dessert, which was a hit with everyone. We also included tea, which wasn’t in our original plan, but it made the evening even better. • Buffet style: The food was served buffet-style, which made everything so much smoother. There was no clutter on the tables, and everyone could help themselves, ensuring nothing went to waste. It also encouraged people to move around and connect with others, which really added to the warm and social atmosphere. • Excellent service: The service was top-notch. Bipsha and the team were very professional and patient, especially considering the size of our group. • Reasonable prices: The food was priced quite reasonably, especially considering all the extra touches that made the evening so special. • Personal touch: During the dinner, the restaurant owner, Jamshed, came by to check on us. He personally spoke with me to ensure everything was going smoothly and asked if there was anything else they could do to enhance our experience. It was a lovely gesture. One thing I discovered about Charsi Karhai is that they offer a customizable buffet for larger groups, which is quite unique compared to other restaurants. You get to choose the dishes you want rather than sticking to a fixed menu, which I thought was a great option. I know this may sound like I’m promoting Charsi Karhai, but I genuinely mean every word. “We enjoyed our dinner at Karahi Master. The service was excellent with a polite staff. We had the Bihari beef kebab and CHARSI Chicken Karahi. The food was delicious and the naans were served hot and fresh. We loved the buttered nann with sesame seeds. All in all a great experience and we plan to go back soon and try other dishes.“

“We are from Karachi originally and have moved around Australia, USA, UK and Canada and have enjoyed usual dishes everywhere. In the last 4 weeks we have visited Kolachi Inn 3 times for breakfast and dinner and have ordered traditional meat dishes. I have found that the Veal Qorma and Nihari are the best around Toronto and without doubt the Nihari is better than Javed Nihari of Karachi. Qorma was like that of a traditional wedding with taste and aroma of days long past. The servings are of generous proportions, puris and naan were served hot, doodh Patti was hot and karak. For the quality of food, value for money and service I would give them 5 stars (*****). Don’t miss this feast cooked and served by Shahnawaz and his brother Irshaad.“

“We celebrated my son's Aqiqah at Havelly. Everyone of the guests complemented the decor and the food. The food and service were especially great. Br Ahsam and Br Danial were always available to help out with the requests. All in all, it was a very good experience and a lot of happy faces at the end. ““Grillin Hit is a gem for anyone who loves flavorful food. I recently had the chance to try their biryani, and it was one of the best I’ve had! The rice was perfectly cooked, and the blend of spices was spot on, making each bite deliciously satisfying. It had the perfect aroma and richness that you’d expect from authentic biryani, which is hard to find. After the meal, I tried their tea, and it was amazing – soothing, fragrant, and just right to round off the meal.

For vegetarian options, they have a great selection as well. I particularly enjoyed their naan and chana. The naan was soft and fresh, perfect for scooping up the flavorful, well-spiced chana, which was hearty and delicious. Even as a meat lover, I found the vegetarian dishes here really impressive, which makes Grillin Hit a fantastic choice for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

“5 Stars because it is owned by hardworking, enthusiastic, young enterprising gentlemen who want to serve community with good food. However, Three key areas need work and I'm sure you'd do better than this!

1. Cleanliness & hygiene - please see the attached photo and the sauce smeared on the serving basket. We won't have eaten if it was seen before.

2. Staff motivation and conduct - while they were all courteous and humble, energy was missing (miles away quite literally). Please train them to use trays to serve, even if it is just a couple of teacups. Server holding the cups close to the lid with bare hands is just not on! No napkins when served on the table, that too is a big no!

3. Food quality itself - We saw how hard you've worked and how you researched the taste profile by experiencing and noting down the best rolls in Karachi. However, things seem to be getting lost in translation. I had two large chunks of cartilage in just one half of the Tikka wrap. Yes, thigh meat is richer, but better when cleaned. Definitely need to recheck the taste profile and get more honest critiques who appreciate your hardwork.

All food was good but Chana masala and kheer were excellent. The service was good. The owner was very polite and professional in her interactions. Every one enjoyed the food. “I was very, very satisfied with the customer service. I was there to have breakfast, and janki was very kind enough to make sure i was comfortable. It was my first time visiting that place, and i must say that because of her, i felt like i had been visiting that place for years. On top of that, the food that i tried was very, very good. “We were a group of nine people went to Oakville location today for breakfast buffet instead of buffet for 18.99 all you can eat menu was offered, it was justified as less wastage you can keep on ordering. Arsh was very good server polite and pleasant I must add that their toilets were very clean which is very rare in any Pakistani restaurant it confirms that their kitchen would be clean too“

“What a wonderful treat on our way to Niagara Falls! Folks, last week we took a road trip from Chicago to Niagara Falls. As soon as we entered Mississauga, we found the BOLAN PASS restaurant through a Google search. We decided to stop there for lunch and ordered the Mutton Karahi special, which included Mutton Karahi (Half), two Naans, Chicken Kabab with Rice, and sauce. From the moment we selected our menu items until we left the restaurant, the entire hotel management staff was extremely cooperative. They helped us with menu selection and kindly mentioned the portion sizes. The food arrived on time, and I cannot thank God enough for such a mouthwatering meal on Eid in a city we were visiting for the first time. The meat was incredibly tender, and the tomato and chillies were perfectly blended, giving us a homely feel during our road trip. The Kababs and sauce had just the right amount of spice, and the Naans were soft and hot, enhancing our overall dining experience. I strongly recommend this restaurant to all friends Neelam Saba and family members; it should become your favorite spot for a meal, and I guarantee you will not regret it.
