“I had such a great experience at my neighbourhood Osmo’s Saturday the 18th around 8:30. Anas was the main person helping me, and he was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. The other two workers were also very kind, quick, and efficient the service was fast, and everyone made the experience enjoyable.

I’ve been coming to this Osmo’s for a while, and every time I come in, the team continues to impress me and make me love this location even more. “I regularly visit my local Lazeez! The food is fresh, flavourful, and cooked just right. I ordered some shawarmas and bowls with salad, and the chicken is incredibly tender and juicy. The seasoning is spot on, not too salty, just the right balance of flavours. The tahini and other sauces complemented everything perfectly and added a lot of taste without overpowering the meal.

On top of the delicious food, the staff is always welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent service. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and feel appreciated as a customer. I'll definitely be coming back for more shawarma bowls. Highly recommend!“

“The lady working tonight provided excellent customer service and gave us great service overall. The quality and quantity of the chicken are exactly what you pay for. Unlike the Lazeez in Guelph Line, which made us never want to go to Lazeez again because the quantity and quality of the chicken, sauce, and food were horrible, this location was the complete opposite. We decided to try this location as a last attempt before giving up on the Lazeez chain altogether. Now that we know this location actually offers good quality and generous portions, we will definitely be coming back. Please don’t change—and thank you! 😊“
