“I was there in rush hour. Huge lineup in drive thru and dining was full of people. But heads off to these crew members. Everyone was working so hard. Despite the rush i got my order in 60 seconds. This store is very busy in evening. There was a young Indian manager Nav, who was serving. She looks pretty experienced.“

“👉 First of all, this restaurant is NOT in King, as Google Maps suggests. It's at the bridge in Bradford (Simcoe/York border).

This restaurant has been around since my childhood, and though we don't go often, we ALWAYS go there for our large family outings.

They are super accommodating with tons of space and incredible food. I've never had a bad meal at the Riverview. The interior has remained original, which I love. It's comforting to see something that stands the test of time with its retro charm and fights against modern coldness. I much prefer it, if I'm being honest. Modern restaurants have their place, but old school charm is where it's at...

If you haven't yet been to The Riverview, you need to go. Above average portion sizes, great food and service at a reasonable cost. And tons of retro, small town personality.

I would suggest following them on Facebook or Instagram, but... you CAN'T! Old school at its very best. No social media. You'll just have to trust me :)“

“My son brought me here to try the breakfast sandwiches. These are awesome. I had the bacon and cheese with hollandaise in a combo with the hashbrown that has mashed potato with an iced coffee. “Space Coffee is a cozy cafe with lovely drinks and friendly staff. I ordered the Australian iced coffee which comes with a scoop of icecream and hazelnuts. Surprisingly, it wasn't too sweet. The owner(?) is very nice as well. During my stay, I noticed that she frequently had conversation with customers (we had a small conversation too). However, she isn't neglectful or distracted, she still tends to her customers while being friendly. Will be back to try the other menu items :)“

I’ve been buying Ethica Filter Coffee for years now, and it’s hands down the best Brazilian coffee I’ve had in Canada. As someone who has tried Brazilian coffees from roasters across multiple provinces, this one consistently stands out.

The profile is exactly what I look for in a Brazilian coffee: rich chocolatey notes, balanced sweetness, and an incredibly satisfying aftertaste that keeps you coming back for another cup. What impresses me most is the consistency. Bag after bag, the quality is always there.

10/10 recommend for anyone who loves classic Brazilian coffees done right.

Also, I swear their shipping speed somehow violates the laws of physics. Every time I order, it feels like the coffee arrives before I even finish checking out.

“This is a really great place to go grab a quick cheap bite! It usually has long lines, but if you go at the right time there won’t be any. As for the coffe itself, it is pretty mediocre. I really enjoy the scones though. The Becky’s also have a plastic taste to them. So if you go, I only recommend eating the scones.“

“I bought a bike from Eric (Pedaal co-owner) when he worked at Curbside Cycle way back in like 2016 or 2017. He was kind, knowledgeable, sharp, and gentle (ie no upselling) and my husband and I felt like we could be in his company all day. The bike he sold us has now lasted us a decade and we have been so thrilled and delighted that after 20 years at Curbside Eric broke out on his own to build Pedaal which we consider the number one cargo bike store .... general bike store !! ... in the city. “Visited Le Bleu Coffee and really enjoyed the experience. I had an Americano and my partner had a flat white both were excellent and well-balanced. The coffee was smooth and clearly well made. We also tried the croissant which was flaky, buttery, and fresh.

The café itself has a beautiful cozy atmosphere with vintage touches like the old typewriter and a wall decorated with open books. It’s a lovely spot to relax with a good cup of coffee. Would definitely come back.“

“It's my favorite tea shop in Toronto; their traditional and non-traditional teas are delicious, with truly incredible and unique flavors. The staff is friendly.

It's very busy, so sometimes you have to wait in line for up to 30 minutes, and it's usually difficult to find an available table.

Unfortunately, the bathroom is always a problem. Of the two bathrooms you have, sometimes only one works, the trash can is always full and sometimes overflowing, they run out of toilet paper, and the floor is dirty. I hope they improve that, because with a clean and presentable bathroom, it would undoubtedly be the perfect place.“

“Strawberry Matcha Latte with Oat Milk. Absolutely delicious and vibrant matcha, the strawberry puree was the perfect amount of sweetness and the strawberry topping was surprisingly sweet and fresh. The oat milk did not overpower the matcha taste. All of my friends were delightfully surprised with a fantastic matcha drink! Highly recommend and one of the best hidden gem matcha drink I’ve tried! Will be returning!“
