“I have worked at eglinton square mall for almost 20 yrs. I go to Timmies almost every day. Breakfast, sometimes lunch n sometimes after work snacks. The ladies in the mornings, at the front counter are so fast n efficient. Alysha and Rowena are so fast even with long line ups n i'm always amazed how they memorize most of the regulars orders n names. I love the Timmies team here! Alysha, Rowena, Ruche, Eva... there are others, apologies for not remembering the names, but this team is Amazing! The store is very clean. If you're ever in the eglinton square area, please drop in and say hello to these Amazing ladies and plz be nice...thank you also to the amazing ppl in the back that prepare everything behind the scenes. Have a great weekend! Thank you Tim Hortons! 🙏🏽 😊

“Went to Mr. Puffs (Dougall Ave., Windsor) for the first time tonight after dinner after hearing so many great reviews. They were all correct! What a gem this place is! The desserts are incredible! Special shout out to Riley who went through everything a first timer needs to know with such patience and care. Her recommendations were excellent! I even got a free 6 pack as today is my birthday! Ended up taking 66 puffs home and have zero regrets lol Customer for life! Thank you, Riley!“

“Varieties in Doughnuts and the making of it - amazing“

“Pann Tea is an amazing place for bubble tea. They have excellent customer service. They even packaged the drinks for us well organized with a special tray to carry home at ease. The drinks are amazing as well. We highly recommend them to anyone who enjoy amazing tea and exceptional great customer services.“

“I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The customer service was excellent, especially from Tithi, Aryan and Mounika. They were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really appreciate their positive attitude and the great service they provided. Thank you guys.“

“Nice comfy coffee shop.“

““But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God’s love. And you must show mercy to those whose faith is wavering. Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. Show mercy to still others, but do so with great caution, hating the sins that contaminate their lives.”☀“

“I got a chance to meet Farana and Urvashi and both are very nice and welcoming.
Farana is best at her job and have an amazing smile that makes people feel good and have a Tea with peace of mind.
Cheers to her amazing life and continue making people smile 🥳😍🤝“

“We were visiting from out of town and needed a place to meet a local friend. Nice vibe. All the drinks were good and the chocolate/vanilla croissant was very good.

For coffee shops I reserve 5 stars for pour overs, so that’s my paradigm for rating. I would recommend this place highly.“

“Good Resturant, good food everybody should come and try“

“Went, for the first time, to the recent one in Staines today. Super friendly and wonderful customer service overall! My boyfriend and I was served by Sarah and she was lovely! The food was divine (had the chicken kebab wrap) and the gelato was lush! Highly recommend!!“

“This is the best coffee time. They have amazing sandwiches for lunch (chicken on a nice soft toasted bun is my fave) and a great menu for happy hour with two for one drinks. They are awesome and should be supported.“

“I tried their fruitful fusion & able to choose any two flavours of their icecream. It’s made my day.“

“I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The food is always fresh, flavourful, and consistent every time. the staff are friendly, welcoming, and the service is excellent. The place is clean, portions are generous, and prices are fair. It’s become one of my favourite spots, and I definitely recommend giving it a try. The only downside is that there is one older lady who works during the daytime. I’ve interacted with her several times, and unfortunately she has been consistently rude, impatient, and unfriendly. She really takes away from an otherwise great experience. I highly recommend visiting in the evening instead, where the staff have always been welcoming and professional.“

“I like this Timhorton they very kindly fast friendly“

“悠閑放鬆的地方，很適合和朋友一起聊天“

“Came here a bunch of times, absolutely fantastic coffee in a bunch of different creative options! One of the best places to try some interesting options. I highly recommend the sweet potato drinks, the pear drinks, and the orange americano, since its stuff u rarely see anywhere else! I love trying out weird things to taste and this place has never disappointed me with anything. Also, their portion sizes are insanely good too! 1L coffee!“

“5 stars for customer service. Jeannie was so accommodating instead of getting frustrated with my requests on the level of sweetness I want. She allowed me to taste it before sealing it until she got it right. I’m not a fan of the milk tea as I prefer stronger and have had better but Jeannie made the experience worth trying again.“

“Jega is always so friendly, welcoming, and smiling. She takes the time to ask how I’m doing and genuinely makes customers feel cared for and appreciated. Her positive attitude and kindness make every visit to Tim Hortons more enjoyable. She provides excellent customer service, and it’s always a pleasure to see her!“

“I met Mansi and Shenka and they are a very friendly and amazing duo. Their service was top-tier. I felt very welcome and valued as a customer at this location. They always have a smile on their faces and seem to be very hard-working as well. The food made here is amazing and I recommend everyone else to come.“

“Staff there are always so friendly! Merry Christmas!“

“Stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick meal and had a great experience. Assistant Manager Nitika Mishra was friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcomed.

Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. I’d definitely recommend this location, not just for the food, but for the outstanding service she provides. People usually leave bad reviews unnecessarily, but I wanted to leave one because Nitika truly deserves recognition“

“The cutest little bakery shop. The service is top tier and the buns are so so delicious. Flavour 10/10, fluffiness 10/10, and the prices are super reasonable! What I absolutely love is their barbecue pork pineapple bun combos. They also have a six for $11 deal. More buns are fresh and hot. The only thing I can say is if you come in the afternoon, then a lot of the best buns are sold out. Probably because they're so good!“

“Visited the store today and had a good experience.
All the staff is warm and friendly! Special thanks to Manager Neeraj, Qaaenaat & Gurpreet for their amazing service. The steeped tea was fresh and so was the chicken wrap. 👍🏻“

“Great tasting food all the time, but the ladies serving the food sometimes can be a bit intimidating, they are not friendly at all. After 15 years working in the area and always having lunch there, I have to state, is time to smile little!“

“Akila provides excellent customer service. I go there every day, and her beautiful smile always makes my morning better and gives me positive energy. One time, when I was going through a difficult time, she told me, “Don’t feel sad. I will pray for you.” She is truly a kind-hearted person. I have never met someone with such a good heart. She is also very accurate and professional when taking orders. Thank you, Akila, for always making my mornings better! ❤“

“Love this Tims! This is the nearest Tims by me and it’s always so amazing. Even if they are busy, they provide amazing service and hospitality. Always recommend stopping by this Tims. Thank you to the staff who make this place amazing.“

“This is the best StarBucks in the city! The Staff are amazing. They WELCOME YOU IN WITH A SMILE. Always connected with the customers. I order caramel macchiato, it’s always on point. They make my morning everyday. It’s a great place to be. I want to say thank you for starting off my day with a smile. 🩷🦋“

“My recent experience at Tim Hortons was really good. The staff were polite and welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly. The coffee was fresh and tasted great, and the food was warm and satisfying. The place was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely visit again.“

“We had a really wonderful experience at Tim Hortons, thanks especially to Darren. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while assisting my brother and me. His willingness to take the extra time to help us really stood out and made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable.

It’s employees like Darren who make a difference. Thank you, Darren, for your kindness and excellent customer service! Tim Hortons is lucky to have you ♥“

“Great experience at this branch! Francis was super swift with customers and kept everything moving smoothly even when it got busy. I accidentally dropped my drink and the cup broke, and he kindly replaced it for me with no hassle. Really appreciated the great customer service!“

“Wonderful, tasty cake that was delivered with perfect timing! will definitely order again!“

“Vincent has been great for the two years I have been shopping here. I’m seeing older reviews claiming what is quite literally the opposite of what I have experienced in probably the 200 times I have shopped here. Perhaps these reviews are from before it became Prince Vape. This is THE 5 star Vape store in the east end. Excellent customer service and very friendly owner.“

“Proper layout reminds me of the good old locations, good service good selection of many donuts like the classic powder jelly- don’t ever change this. I wish this location was 24 hours for the late night linkups that’s all I can say“

“Pretty good cause it opens at 6am at the Scarborough location. I have been going there for decades. The food is not the best but I like to have breakfast there. Well, it is better than a lot of HK style food stalls at food courts, but it is not as good as the HK style restaurants.“

“I was amazed to see such a cafe (chai place) in the Scarborough area. It was a long awaiting addition in the Scarborough community. Chola Chai, opened 2022 with excellent ambiance and ample space for a small get togather inside of MajesticCity Shopping Center. Lovely patties and samosas, excellent masala tea(wow)excellent service, and on top of everything very courteous, Thushi(Owner) served us with smile and dignity. I recommend everyone try this location at least for once to feel the difference.
Ample parking space in front of the Mall. It is located at Markham Road, north of McNicole ave at the northwest corner..Thank you Chola team“

“I really enjoy coming to Tim Hortons, and my regular go-to is the French Vanilla. I’ve had it from this location many times, and it’s always been really good. The sweetness, creaminess, and overall flavor are exactly what I like.

This location consistently gets my French Vanilla just the way I enjoy it, which is why I keep coming back. It’s a simple drink, but when it’s made right, it makes a big difference. Really happy with my experience here and definitely recommend it!“

“Recently my wife, daughter and I were visiting from the states and made it part of our itinerary to find Lau Sun Mou Tea Co due to its excellent online reputation. Such an impressive selection! Had a chance to meet the shop owner through the glass window and intercom. Sold us the best puerh tea we have tasted in a long time, and as a bonus she recommended a great place to eat around the corner. We have found our go-to online source for great tea. Thanks so much!“

“Tammi and Emma were absolutely amazing! Even during a busy rush, they stayed friendly, efficient, and made sure I was taken care of while helping everyone else in the store. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made the whole experience so enjoyable. Thank you both!“

“The staff are super friendly and I feel are trying to work as efficiently as they can, but they seem swamped and the lines are so long. This location needs to hire more people as sometimes I’m in a hurry and decide to go to another Tims. I want to emphasize that the staff here is the best service I’ve ever received and they deserve to be supported.“

“good staff & service Scarborough“

“Had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The food was fresh and delicious, the service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was really nice. Everything was well organized, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Definitely a great place to grab a coffee or a quick meal. Highly recommend! ☕🍩❤“

“Archana is the best!! She suggested I try one of the new Harry Potter x Tim Hortons collab menu items(Slytherin themed donut), and it was sooo yummy! 🥹✨ I’m so glad I tried it, definitely recommend giving it a try!!!“

“The staff at this location are always friendly and welcoming. Often when entering the store one Associate will say, "Hello" before you get to the counter. I love their coffee but it's the warm vibe that brings me back. Good job, people!“

“I came to this location to try the new Whopper. This restaurant location is inside the mall. The new Whopper did not disappoint. I recently learned a secret when it comes to ordering at any Burger King. When ordering, mention that you want your burgers “off the broiler” and you’ll get a fresh hot burger. I also used my crowns from the app to redeem my Whopper sandwich for free. The app definitely has its perks, my Whopper was free. The service was great, the food was great, and the location was busy. 5 star experience. Thank you Burger King’s hard working team.“

“There’s one person who works at this location who is the best server by far (Asian tall slim girl) i sadly don't know her name. To thank her. She is wonderful and honestly always consistent! Making fresh drinks always making sure lids on drinks are tighten. awesome work!! Thank you 5 Stars!“
