“I ordered a cold brew and the employee who took my order was very friendly and pleasant. Her name was Alexandra she made my cold brew how it is supposed to be made. She didn’t stir it so it looks like an iced coffee haha. Also the 2 other employees Filipinas didn’t get their names were very nice as well all 3 of them have great customer service and that makes a huge difference. They are pleasant and speak clear to understand. Unlike other locations where they don’t speak clearly or understand. This is my favorite location to come to. They deserve recognition!“

“The staff at this Starbucks were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made for a pleasant visit. The coffee and service were great, and the team created a positive atmosphere.

The main areas for improvement are the seating and cleanliness. Several tables had not been cleaned after previous customers left, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. The seating was also not very comfortable, and many of the tables seemed unusually low—more like children's tables than standard café tables for adults. This made it less comfortable to work, read, or enjoy a drink for an extended period.

Overall, the excellent staff made the experience enjoyable, but better attention to table cleanliness and more comfortable, appropriately sized seating would significantly improve this location.“

“THE BEST HONG KONG-STYLE BAKERY IN THE GTA. I will fight Toronto traffic and travel an hour to this place to pick up my favourites— the Fried Curry Beef Bun (my stomach is growling as I write this), it is like the Japanese fried curry beef buns….it is the BEST; also the BBQ Pork Pineapple Bun is great, and their amazingly delicious egg tarts that sits on a flakey pastry crust.

Not only that, but the bakery is CLEAN and BRIGHT, and there is ample parking outside.

They also make a great hot MILK TEA. You can sit inside to enjoy your food and drink, or you can take it to go.

The guy there is very friendly. The female is nice too and will remind you of their promo of Buy 6 (red sticker marked items) for $11.

I cannot express how much I love this place, the only downside is it’s a little far from where I live, but like I said, I WILL TRAVEL FOR DELICIOUS FOOD. Prices are also competitive and fair.

Please don’t ever close down— stay open for a few more decades at the very least <3“

“Stopped by Chola and tried their Nelli Crush, and it was incredibly refreshing! The drink had the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and citrusy flavors, with the unique taste of fresh nelli ( gooseberry) shining through. It was served ice cold and made for a great thirst-quencher, especially on a warm day.

What I loved most was how fresh and natural it tasted—not overly sweet like many other fruit drinks. You can tell quality ingredients were used. If you’re looking for something different, healthy, and refreshing, I highly recommend giving the Nelli Crush a try.

“Great tasting food all the time, but the ladies serving the food sometimes can be a bit intimidating, they are not friendly at all. After 15 years working in the area and always having lunch there, I have to state, is time to smile little!“

“I've never done a review before, but people deserve to know about this location.

We live at Eglinton and Birchmount, but we make an effort to drive to this location because of the staff. Their customer service is better than any tim hortons we've been to. They have great standards, the Tim Hortons Standards. They always make it right, and they let us know ahead of time if there are items on the menu that they're unable to serve due to maintenance, out of stock, etc.

And even if it's another location that didn't make the drinks properly, they accommodate us and replace them for us.

It just makes me sad that they have to deal with customers who can't understand that they're doing their job and actually adhering to the standards that have been set by the Tim Hortons itself. Sometimes, we walk inside to order, and we see how some of these customers treat the staff. They don't know basic respect, and they don't have proper manners.

We were at the drive-thru yesterday, and this car ahead of us threw a compostable trash into the donation box. When the staff caught them, they didn't even apologize and just drove off. These people keep throwing their trash everywhere, just like what they do back home.

I feel bad for the staff of this location that has to deal with rude and ungrateful customers. Some of them don't even know how to say please and thank you.

To the staff, I hope you guys know that you are all doing a great job. It is not easy to work in a customer service-facing industry, but I admire and appreciate all of you for your hard work and dedication.

This store is run by Metro employees so I can understand if mistakes are made with super complicated modifications but we’ve never had a problem. “I come to this Tim Hortons every morning before work. I am always greeted with a smile ( if they are not wearing masks ) from two of the works there FAITH and CECILA. These two lady’s run the online orders effortlessly. I have issues with ordering food in public and I have a big germ phobia and normally I do not eat outside of my house. But these two ladies understand me and my mornings have never been more enjoyable. The food at this location has also always been fresh and I have even ventured out and ordered food I would normally never try.
