I had a very bad experience with this TimHorton. Not sure if the employees have any customer satisfaction experience. I was having a bagel standing at the place because it was cold outside and i was asked to leave the place. Following that a lady was rude to me for asking napkins. Please be kind to customers....its cold outside.

The females here are very rude to female customers. I work overnight 12hr shifts and I come here to get food and drinks and they always forget my drink and look at me like I’m stupid for waiting for my stuff they constantly keep forgetting.
