When one of your entrances is closed for whatever reason, and you make a reservation, a notification needs to be sent. It is unacceptable to make a reservation and expect an 89 year old woman to walk to the entrance that is open, on the other side of the mall. And when I tried to call, whoever answered the phone hung up on me, which was not ok. Once we trekked over there, the manager did come by and tell us that they can't control it because of Opentable. Our waiter, Brandon, was very good. We had guests from Germany so he spoke a little too fast at first but tried to make accommodations, once told. He also took some photos for us. Food was very good! It was Friday night so there were a few larger parties which made it a little loud.
Ordered from summer menu. Aburi Oshi was delicious and the Frozen Hugo Spritz was refreshing.
