I had a great experience at Tim Hortons! Akila was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They have recently introduced the new self-service POS system, and she did a wonderful job helping customers use it. Even though there was only one team member at the front, she stayed smiling, patient, and positive. She took the time to explain everything and teach customers how to use the new system. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable....read full review
Mobile app shows there is an offer, coffee+ muffin 3$, but it is removed from the menu, from the mobile app, from even kisok at the store (it has only one seasonal muffin). Note there are several types of muffins still available in the store. Check photos, offer page, mobile app view, kisok view and store showcase
