I always come to this branch. The girl who took my order was very kind and always ask for points card first before the payment . She and her partner was communicating to make their duties well. Excellent!
I had a bad disappointing experience with the service I received at 1571 Sandhurst Circle location in Scarborough. Today, I visited the store and placed an order for $20 with this lady JEGA at the counter. The customer service is pathetic, the person took my order & did not even repeated my order to me. The person taking order was rude as well, she was not able to keep up with me while taking order & said STOP that’s not how you do customer service. Is it me over-expecting or Tim’s Coffee Shops are like these now-a-days?
